S postenjem \u017eelim zmanj\u0161ati telesno te\u017eo. Pred tem sem se \u017ee postila, a tokrat sem pri tem prvi\u010d uporabila optimalno kombinacijo aminokislin OKA.<\/p>\n<p>Med postom sem pila vodo, sve\u017ee \u010daje, v \u010dasu kosila sve\u017eo \u010disto zelenjavno juho in v \u010dasu ve\u010derje ovseno precejeno juho. Zadnje tri dni sem ob zelenjavni juhi spila po deciliter sve\u017eega soka iz rde\u010de pese, ki sem ga razred\u010dila z vodo. Ob\u010dasno sem v \u010daj stisnila nekaj limone. Vse dni posta sem u\u017eivala tudi OKA.<\/p>\n<p>Po izra\u010dunih bi morala dnevno zau\u017eiti po 20 kapsul OKA, jaz pa sem jih jemala po 5 zjutraj, opoldne in zve\u010der, skupaj torej 15. OKA u\u017eivam tudi sicer, po 4 tablete dnevno, poleg tega pa sem trikrat ali \u0161tirikrat tedensko precej telesno aktivna.<\/p>\n<p>V \u010dasu posta nisem imela nobenih te\u017eav, le svojo obi\u010dajno rekreacijo sem zamenjala za precej la\u017ejo zvrst (vaje za raztezanje in dalj\u0161i sprehodi). Po\u010dutila sem se zelo dobro, te\u017ea pa se je zni\u017eala za 4,5 kg. Ko\u017ea in moj videz sta v redu, ni sledu o uvelosti ali morebitni iz\u010drpanosti. Z u\u017eivanjem OKA pa nadaljujem (po 4 kapsule dnevno).<\/p>\n<p>Danes je peti dan po postu in moja te\u017ea je \u0161e vedno enaka kot dan po zaklju\u010denem postu.<\/p>\n<p>Vesela sem, da mi je uspelo. Sedaj bom posku\u0161ala nadaljevati z zmernostjo pri prehranjevanju. Najve\u010djo te\u017eavo vidim v tem, da si je zelo te\u017eko vzeti \u010das, da v miru poje\u0161 obrok in pri tem ne misli\u0161 na probleme, ampak u\u017eiva\u0161 in oku\u0161a\u0161 \u010disto vsak gri\u017eljaj posebej. Poskusila bom nadaljevati z enodnevnim postom med tednom.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kasnej\u0161i pripis:<\/strong> Od mojega zadnjega pisanja je minilo \u0161e 12 dni. V tem \u010dasu sem pridobila malo manj kot en kilogram. \u017dal mi je v tem obdobju uspelo opraviti samo en postni dan.
