{"id":929,"date":"2015-08-18T08:05:07","date_gmt":"2015-08-18T15:05:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ziva-voda.com\/blog\/?p=929"},"modified":"2015-08-18T08:16:27","modified_gmt":"2015-08-18T15:16:27","slug":"zapeljivost-soncnih-zarkov","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ziva-voda.com\/blog\/zapeljivost-soncnih-zarkov\/","title":{"rendered":"Zapeljivost son\u010dnih \u017earkov"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Rjavo ni zdravo, pravijo dermatologi, ki \u017ee desetletja opozarjajo na \u0161kodljivost pretiranega izpostavljanja ko\u017ee son\u010dnim \u017earkom. \u017de obi\u010dajna \u00bbzdrava\u00ab porjavelost povzro\u010da <strong>staranje ko\u017ee<\/strong>, son\u010denje pa lahko spro\u017ei celo razvoj ko\u017enega raka.<\/p>\n<p>V ZDA se je od leta 1935 do 1991 pove\u010dala pogostnost <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">melanoma<\/span>, najhuj\u0161e oblike ko\u017enega raka, kar petkratno. Dandanes se ve\u010dina ljudi zaveda nevarnosti izpostavljanja soncu.<\/p>\n<p>\u017de leta 1995 je na primer 89 % Francozinj menilo, da jim son\u010denje utegne \u0161kodovati. Njegovo sevanje je tako nevarno, da bi nas brez za\u0161\u010dite atmosfere takoj \u00bbskurilo\u00ab. Rastline se pred njim branijo z <span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>zeleno barvo<\/strong><\/span>. Zeleni spekter son\u010dne svetlobe je sredi dneva najintenzivnej\u0161i, zato rastline z zelenilom dobro odbijajo opoldansko sevanje, nam pa je v njihovi senci zelo prijetno.<\/p>\n<h4>A son\u010dna svetloba je tudi vir \u017eivljenja<\/h4>\n<p>Rastline jo s pomo\u010djo fotosinteze spreminjajo v \u017eivljenjsko energijo. Tudi ljudje smo deloma fotosintezna bitja. Na\u0161e telo ne more u\u010dinkovito opraviti nekaterih funkcij brez son\u010dne svetlobe.<\/p>\n<p>Vemo, da je na primer za sintezo <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">vitamina D<\/span>, ki je potreben za \u010dvrstost kosti in za mnoge fiziolo\u0161ke procese, potrebno son\u010denje.<\/p>\n<p>Raziskave ka\u017eejo, da na na\u0161i zemljepisni \u0161irini telo od jeseni do pomladi ni sposobno sintetizirati dovolj vitamina D z zgolj <strong>20-minutnim son\u010denjem rok<\/strong> sredi dneva, kot so domnevali neko\u010d. Takrat si pomagamo s hrano, bogato s tem vitaminom (zlasti z <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ribami in ribjim oljem<\/span>) ali pa z dodajanjem tega vitamina hrani.<\/p>\n<p>Ko se dnevi proti poletju podalj\u0161ajo, postane son\u010denje zadosten vir vitamina D. Na\u0161e telo ga najhitreje sintetizira med 10. in 14. uro. Po nekaterih \u0161tudijah naj bi takrat zado\u0161\u010dalo \u017ee <strong>5-minutno son\u010denje<\/strong> celega telesa, vsekakor pa je 20 minut ve\u010d kot dovolj.<\/p>\n<h4>Pa nam to zado\u0161\u010da, da pote\u0161imo \u017eeljo po son\u010denju?<\/h4>\n<p>Obi\u010dajno ne. Po 10 do 15 minutnem plavanju, v katerem dobimo dovolj sonca za tisti dan, nam po navadi \u0161e kako prija pole\u017eati na soncu (\u010de smo pametni, z glavo pod slamnikom). Kdo \u0161e ni ob\u010dutil ob tem prijetne omame in kar oble\u017eal na soncu kot martin\u010dek!? Ko\u017ea pa takrat trpi.<\/p>\n<p>Zakaj nam narava ni vgradila varovalnih ob\u010dutij pred takim ravnanjem? Za u\u010dinkovito spolnost je bolje, \u010de smo na soncu dlje \u010dasa, kot je priporo\u010dljivo za zdravje. Pri mo\u0161kih se na primer <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">po eni uri son\u010denja<\/span> pove\u010da<strong> raven testosterona<\/strong> kar za 69%.<\/p>\n<p>\u010ce se son\u010dimo nekoliko dlje, kot je za zdravje \u0161e varno (vendar \u0161e ne toliko, da bi bili ope\u010deni), nas narava nagradi s <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">prijetnim po\u010dutjem<\/span> in <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">privla\u010dnej\u0161im izgledom<\/span>.
