Nabavil sem si ute\u017ei in desko za trebu\u0161njake. Pridno sem vadil in u\u017eival beljakovinsko bogato hrano, a vidnega uspeha na mi\u0161i\u010dni masi ni bilo. Bil sem pa\u010d v svojem petdesetem letu. Ko sre\u010da\u0161 Abrahama, se zlahka pove\u010dujejo ma\u0161\u010dobne obloge, mi\u0161ice pa ne. Lahko sem si \u017ee predstavljal, kako bom pri devetdesetih, \u010de jih bom do\u010dakal, stopical po domu upokojencev izpit kot kak tabori\u0161\u010dnik. Spra\u0161eval sem se, kako u\u010dinkovito zajeziti to starostno kopnenje mi\u0161ic. Je govedina, zmiksana s krompirjem in s kako zelenjavo, ki ti jo slednji\u010d pripravljajo v domu upokojencev, res najve\u010d, kar lahko prehranska znanost ponudi za beljakovinsko okrepitev starostnika?<\/p>\n<h3>Ko jemo svoje mi\u0161ice<\/h3>\n<p>Beljakovine so nadvse pomembne makromolekule, ki vsebujejo du\u0161ik. Tvorijo kar 60% trde snovi celice. Ve\u010dina ve, da sestavljajo mi\u0161ice. Manj pa je znano, da so tudi vsi encimi (spodbujanje procesov) beljakovine, hormoni (celi\u010dna komunikacija), imunoglobulini (imunski sistem) in hemoglobin (prenos kisika). Beljakovine so strojni aparat celice. Vse kar po\u010dne celica, v resnici delajo beljakovine. In vse te funkcije potrebujemo tudi v starosti.<\/p>\n<p>A kaj, ko so beljakovine v hrani te\u017eko presnovljive. Za njihovo razgradnjo na sestavine \u2013 aminokisline \u2013 je v prebavi potrebnih kar od 3 do 7 ur. Najzahtevnej\u0161e delo pa s tem \u0161e ni opravljeno. Aminokisline se absorbirajo v kri skozi stene tankega \u010drevesa, od tam pa potujejo do celic. Vsaka celica sintetizira iz njih svoje beljakovine (anaboliza), del beljakovin pa ostane neizkori\u0161\u010denih in jih celica razgradi (kataboliza) na du\u0161i\u010dne odpadke. \u017de dolgo je znano, da izkoristek aminokislin na celi\u010dni ravni ni popoln, kako zelo nizek je, pa je znanost odkrila \u0161ele v zadnjih desetletjih. Po izsledkih ameri\u0161kega instituta INRC, ki je vodilni na tem podro\u010dju, anabolni izkoristek aminokislin ni vi\u0161ji od 48% (velja za koko\u0161ja jajca). Vsaj 52% aminokislin, ki prispejo v celico, se torej spremeni v du\u0161i\u010dne odpadke \u2013 najprej v amonijak, ki se v jetrih predela v se\u010dnino, to pa potem ledvice izlo\u010dijo. Predelava du\u0161i\u010dnih odpadkov je najte\u017eje delo organizma pri presnovi beljakovin.<\/p>\n<p>Za mlade in \u010dile presnova beljakovin ni problemati\u010dna. Narava jim je dala krepke prebavne organe ter \u010dvrsta jetra in ledvice. Ko pa se sre\u010damo do Abrahamom, je to delo za telo vse te\u017eje. \u017de nekako pri 45 letih se raven solne kisline v \u017eelodcu zni\u017ea. Zato encim pepsin, zadol\u017een za prebavo beljakovin, deluje slab\u0161e. Pe\u0161ajo tudi jetra in ledvice. Ko dose\u017eemo 70 let, imamo v jetrih in ledvicah le \u0161e 30% celic, ki smo jih imeli pri tridesetih. Ta dva organa imata takrat le \u0161e tretjinsko zmogljivost glede na tisto iz mladosti. \u010ce v starosti pojemo denimo zrezek, \u010digar beljakovine bi tudi v tem obdobju \u017eivljenja \u0161e kako potrebovali, nastane preve\u010d du\u0161i\u010dnih odpadkov za takratne sposobnosti jeter in ledvic. Tu je problem pove\u010dane se\u010dnine v krvi (BUN \u2013 Blood Urea Nitrogen) ter z njo povezani slabo po\u010dutje in nevarnost putike.<\/p>\n<p>Tako se marsikateri starej\u0161i za\u010dne izogibati beljakovinsko bogati hrani. A tudi \u010de v starosti pojemo dovolj beljakovin, jih ne uspemo izkoristiti dovolj. Rezultat je v obeh primerih isti: starostnik je beljakovinsko podhranjen.<\/p>\n<p>Ker organizem starostnika s hrano ne dobi dovolj nujnih aminokislin, jih za\u010dne za vzdr\u017eevanje \u017eivljenjsko najpomembnej\u0161ih organov \u010drpati iz lastnih mi\u0161ic. Na starost tako jemo sami sebe.<\/p>\n<p>A z novim znanjem smo lahko kos tudi tej te\u017eavi.<\/p>\n<h3>Odkritje idealne sestave aminokislin MAP<\/h3>\n<p>Beljakovine so sestavljene iz dvajsetih razli\u010dnih vrst aminokislin. Med njimi je osem esencialnih, to je takih, ki jih moramo dobiti s hrano, saj jih telo ne zmore samo ustvariti. Telo pa potrebuje vseh osem esencialnih aminokislin so\u010dasno, da ustvari svoje beljakovine. \u010ce manjka ena sama, vseh drugih sedem razgradi in ne ustvari nobene beljakovine.<\/p>\n<p>Bistvo dobrega izkoristka beljakovinske hrane je zato v pravem razmerju esencialnih aminokislin. \u017de leta 1946 sta znanstvenika R. J. Block in H. H. Mitchell postavila tezo, da telo potrebuje esencialne aminokisline v natanko dolo\u010denem razmerju, ki ga takrat \u0161e niso poznali. Poimenovali so ga MAP (Master Amino acid Pattern). Za idealno beljakovinsko prehranjenost bi morali dobiti iz \u017eivil vseh osem esencialnih aminokislin v omenjenem razmerju, pa bi telo ustvarilo vse svoje beljakovine brez du\u0161i\u010dnih odpadkov. A take idealne beljakovinske hrane v naravi za nas ni.<\/p>\n<p>Sredi preteklega stoletja se je tako za\u010dela raziskovalna tekma ve\u010d znanstvenih skupin, da bi odkrili MAP.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_861\" style=\"width: 140px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.map-amino-acid.com\/dr-luca-moretti\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-861\" class=\"size-full wp-image-861 lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/ziva-voda.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/prof_dr_luca-moretti.jpg\" alt=\"Prof. Dr.Luca-Moretti\" width=\"130\" height=\"158\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 130px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 130\/158;\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-861\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Prof. Dr.Luca-Moretti<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Kon\u010dno je leta 1998 zdravnik, Maurizio Luc\u00e0-Moretti objavil \u010dlanek o odkritju MAP. Spoznanje omogo\u010da proizvodnjo novih vrst beljakovinskih dopolnil tipa MAP (komercialnih imen zanje je ve\u010d). Do danes je bilo objavljenih \u017ee 24 \u010dlankov o klini\u010dnih preizkusih z njimi; te dokazujejo njihovo varnost in u\u010dinkovitost. Povzel sem jih v knjigi <a href=\"https:\/\/www.map-amino-acid.com\/knjiga-beljakovine_za_zivljenje_in_smrt\/\" target=\"_blank\">Beljakovine za \u017eivljenje in smrt (ARA, 2013).<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Dopolnila tipa MAP re\u0161ujejo oba omenjena presnovna problema beljakovin:<\/p>\n<p>Aminokisline se <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>absorbirajo v kri v pi\u010dlih 23 minutah<\/em><\/span>. Prebavil sploh ne obremenjujejo. Naj navedem primer. Na\u0161emu 80-letnemu znancu so odstranili rakav \u017eelodec. Po operaciji mu je \u017eol\u010d uhajal v po\u017eiralnik in sapnik. Mu\u010dil se je in le \u0161e hiral. S tabletami tipa MAP pa se je hitro okrepil in celo pridobil pet kilogramov mi\u0161i\u010dne mase, kar je za bolnike brez \u017eelodca izjemen uspeh.<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Anabolni izkoristek aminokislin je 99%<\/span><\/em>. To pomeni, da je odpadka le zanemarljiv 1%. Prav po tej zna\u010dilnosti, ki je klju\u010dnega pomena zlasti za starej\u0161e, se dopolnila tipa MAP razlikujejo od obi\u010dajnih beljakovinskih dopolnil, ki so ve\u010dinoma le razgrajene beljakovine iz sirotke ali soje. Kar 83% oz. 84% aminokislin iz sojinih beljakovinskih dopolnil oziroma sirotkinih se namre\u010d pretvori v odpadke, medtem ko dopolnila tipa MAP tvorijo le 1% odpadkov. Telo se torej ob u\u017eivanju MAP prakti\u010dno ne mu\u010di z njimi. Regeneracija je hitra. Ve\u010dinoma se u\u010dinki poka\u017eejo \u017ee v dveh tednih.<\/p>\n<h3>Ko ne pomagajo ve\u010d ne govedina ne \u0161at\u00f3 ne kurja juha<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/iztokostan.com\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-820 alignleft lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/ziva-voda.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/iztokostan.jpg\" alt=\"Iztok Ostan Izku\u0161nje\" width=\"223\" height=\"159\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/ziva-voda.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/iztokostan.jpg 371w, https:\/\/ziva-voda.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/iztokostan-300x213.jpg 300w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 223px) 100vw, 223px\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 223px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 223\/159;\" \/><\/a>Tablete tipa MAP u\u017eivam \u017ee od leta 2001. Z njimi sem si okrepil mi\u0161ice, regeneriral tkiva in presenetljivo hitro okreval po po\u0161kodbah. Stotine izku\u0161enj uporabnikov, zdravnikov in raziskovalcev z njimi smo zbrali na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iztokostan.com\" target=\"_blank\">www.iztokostan.com<\/a>. Tu je ena od njih:<a href=\"https:\/\/www.map-amino-acid.com\/nakup\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-781 alignright lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/ziva-voda.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/vita-biosa-in-tablete-MAP.jpg\" alt=\"Vita Biosa in tablete MAP beljakovin\" width=\"149\" height=\"274\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/ziva-voda.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/vita-biosa-in-tablete-MAP.jpg 396w, https:\/\/ziva-voda.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/vita-biosa-in-tablete-MAP-163x300.jpg 163w, https:\/\/ziva-voda.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/vita-biosa-in-tablete-MAP-300x552.jpg 300w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 149px) 100vw, 149px\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 149px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 149\/274;\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ko sva soprogo obiskala njeno mamo na kra\u0161ki doma\u010diji malo pred njenim 95. rojstnim dnem, je bila \u010disto iz\u010drpana. Sedela je pri \u0161tedilniku, tresle so se ji brada, roke in telo. Nobena hrana ji ni ve\u010d teknila. Pa sva jo odpeljala k nam domov. Kljub najini pomo\u010di je komaj zmogla tri stopnice na vhodu na\u0161e hi\u0161e. Mi\u0161ice so ji o\u010ditno povsem ope\u0161ale.<\/p>\n<p>V dveh tednih, kolikor je bila pri nas, je dobila vsako jutro in vsak popoldan po \u0161tiri tablete tipa MAP s kozarcem sve\u017eega soka. Po dveh tednih se je lahko \u017ee samostojno sprehajala s palico okoli hi\u0161e. Povrnila sta se ji apetit in \u017eivljenjska energija; tudi branje jo je za\u010delo spet veseliti.
