Michael Mosley<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Podobno kot v drugih razvitih de\u017eelah je tudi v Sloveniji 2\/3 prebivalstva prete\u017ekih. \u017dal po obi\u010dajnih shuj\u0161evalnih kurah te\u017eo spet pridobimo. Leta 2012 je BBC predvajala oddajo dr. Michaela Mosleya o izjemni u\u010dikovitosti ednodnevnih postov dvakrat tedensko. Na postni dan je celo dovoljeno zau\u017eiti po 500 kalorij (mo\u0161kim 600), sicer pa jemo obi\u010dajno hrano. Takega prehranskega re\u017eima ni te\u017eko trajno vzdr\u017eevati, kilogrami pa kopnijo. Za vzdr\u017eevanje te\u017ee je dovolj en postni dan tedensko. Oddajo si je ogledalo kar 2,5 milijona ljudi in je dostopna tudi na internetu (<a href=\"http:\/\/nanoworkout.com\/2013\/04\/eat-fast-live-longer-bbc-intermittent-fasting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/nanoworkout.com\/2013\/04\/eat-fast-live-longer-bbc-intermittent-fasting\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Od takrat je iz\u0161lo ve\u010d knjig o rednih enodnevnih postih, ki so se na Zahodu \u017ee zelo raz\u0161irili kot trajen na\u010din prehranjevanja. Ve\u010d medicinskih \u0161tudij je dokazalo, da tak prehranski re\u017eim tudi zni\u017euje raven sladkorja v krvi, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ziva-voda.com\/blog\/nizek-igf-1-za-manj-raka\/\">raven IGF-1<\/a> (manj\u0161e tveganje obolevanja za rakom), \u201cslabi\u201d holesterol (LDL), povi\u0161uje pa \u201cdobri\u201d holesterol (HDL).<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Iztok Ostan je razvil svojo obliko rednih enodnevnih postov, ki jo imenuje \u201cpolnovredni post\u201d, saj zagotavljajo vsa esencialna hraniva tudi v \u010dasu postenja.
