Vrednost rH 0 pomeni skrajno antioksidantskost,<\/em> <em>popolno nasi\u010denost z vodikom. Kri mladih \u0161portnikov ima rH od 21,5 do 23,5, medtem ko je rH krvi zdravega petdesetletnika 25. Za vsako enoto vi\u0161ji rH pomeni 10 krat manj vodika. Za primerjavo naj navedemo, da je antioksidantskost nekaterih sokov, znanih v zdravilstvu, mnogo n<span style=\"color: #000080;\">i\u017eja. Potencial rH soka p\u0161eni\u010dnih bilk<\/span> je med 10 in 12, soka iz <span style=\"color: #000080;\">biolo\u0161ko pridelanega<\/span> korenja pa med 13 in 14.
