Po priporo\u010dilih Svetovne zdravstvene organizacije bi morali dnevno zau\u017eiti vsaj 400 g sadja in zelenjave, razdeljenih v pet obrokov (vsak vsaj 80 g). Od tega naj bi bilo 60% zelenjave in 40% sadja. A ve\u010dina ljudi, ki \u017eelijo izbolj\u0161ati svojo prehrano, praviloma bolj pove\u010da koli\u010dino sadja kot pa zelenjave.<\/p>\n<p>Pomemben cilj na\u0161e priprave smutijev je zato\u00a0<strong>pove\u010danje zlasti vnosa zelenjave<\/strong>.\u00a0Na\u0161i smutiji so tako oblika hitre hrane, s katero predvsem pove\u010damo manjkajo\u010di vnos zelenjave in njenih vlaknin.<\/p>\n<p>Zato je v na\u0161ih recepturah okrog 60% zelenjave in 40 % sadja. Na\u010deloma bi sicer lahko bili smutiji pripravljeni zgolj iz zelenjave, vendar bi bili za ve\u010dino neokusni.\u00a0<strong>Sade\u017ei so v na\u0161ih smutijih bolj dodatek<\/strong>, izbolj\u0161evalec okusa in teksture, ne pa njihovo bistvo. Iskali smo tiste vrste sade\u017eev, ki naju\u010dinkoviteje izbolj\u0161ajo okus zelenjavnega smutija. Po na\u0161ih izku\u0161njah sta to predvsem\u00a0<strong>banana in limona<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Temeljne sestavine<\/strong>\u00a0na\u0161ih smutijev so tako: zelenjava (okrog 60%), banana in limona.<\/p>\n<p>Pri pripravi smutijev \u017eelimo ohraniti\u00a0<strong>vlaknine v dovolj grobi oblik<\/strong>i, da \u0161e prepre\u010dujejo prehitro absorpcijo sladkorjev v kri. Netopne vlaknine, ki prevladujejo v zelenjavi, imajo namre\u010d v \u010drevesju prav to funkcijo, da kot mre\u017ea upo\u010dasnijo vsrkavanje sladkorjev. V ta namen bi bilo bolje, \u010de bi zelenjavo pojedli celo, a ker tega ve\u010dina ne bi storila, je grob zelenjavni smuti izhod v sili; tako vendarle zau\u017eijemo zadostno koli\u010dino zelenjave in sladkorji iz dodanega sadja zaradi grobo mletih vlaknin po\u010dasi pronicajo v kri. Sestavine v me\u0161alcu zme\u0161amo le toliko, da postane smuti piten.<\/p>\n<p>Naloga takega smutija je tudi, da\u00a0<strong>zmanj\u0161uje apetit<\/strong>. Dokler smo si pripravljali prete\u017eno sadne smutije, se je ob\u010dutek lakote pojavil \u017ee po 30 minutah; pri u\u017eivanju prete\u017eno zelenjavnih pa traja ob\u010dutek polnosti precej dlje.<\/p>\n<p>\u017delimo, da je <strong>priprava \u010dim enostavnej\u0161a<\/strong>,\u00a0zato ne te\u017eimo k temu, da bi bili smutiji rudninsko in vitaminsko popolni. Za dober smuti zadostuje \u017ee ena vrsta zelenjave, ki jo od dne do dne menjujemo (podobno kot pri solati), z dodatkom banane in limone, sicer pa je bolje, \u010de uporabimo po dve ali tri vrste zelenjave in sadja.<\/p>\n<p>Le malokdo uspe redno u\u017eivati sadje in zelenjavo po petkrat na dan, kot je uradno priporo\u010deno. V preizkusu na Univerzi v Ljubljani, v katerem so prostovoljci to posku\u0161ali po\u010deti en mesec, so sicer uspeli zau\u017eiti v povpre\u010dju po 400 g sadja in zelenjave na dan, a to so ve\u010dinoma dosegli s \u0161tirimi obroki. Tudi na\u0161e izku\u0161nje so take. Zato pripravljamo smuti tako, da z njim zau\u017eijemo vsaj 160 g sadja in zelenjave (<strong>dvojni obrok<\/strong>), skupaj z vodo torej vsaka oseba vsaj 3 dl napitka.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">\u00a0<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Osnovni recept\u00a0<\/strong>(za dve osebi):<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; 160 g zelenjave, ena banana, pol limone<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<strong>Osnovni dodatek\u00a0<\/strong>(za tiste, ki ne u\u017eivajo dovolj esencialnih ma\u0161\u010dobnih kislin):<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; dve \u017elici namo\u010denih semen lanu, konoplje oz. \u010dije.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Namesto tega lahko zau\u017eijemo skupaj s smutijem kapsulo omega3. Po na\u0161ih izku\u0161njah je najbolj uporaben\u00a0<strong>kodrolistni ohrovt<\/strong>, saj je na voljo skoraj vedno in nima agresivnega okusa. Uporabimo zelene liste. Zelo pogosto dodajamo\u00a0<strong>liste<\/strong> <strong>pese,<\/strong> <strong>repe ali kolerabe, solato, motovilec, rukolo, blitvo, \u0161pina\u010do, pa tudi vr\u0161i\u010dke kopriv, navadni tol\u0161\u010dak <\/strong>(portulak), <strong>kurja \u010drevca<\/strong> (navadno zvezdico)<strong> in kak list regrata.\u00a0<\/strong>Kombinacije so lahko razli\u010dne in razmerja dolo\u010damo bolj po okusu kot po prehranski vrednosti zelenjave. Ko ni doma\u010de zelenjave, jo kupimo v trgovini. Od kupljene zelenjave, ki smo jo doslej preizkusili, so smutiji okusni tudi z dodatkom <strong>stebelne zelene<\/strong>. Iz korenaste zelenjave ne pripravljamo smutijev, pa\u010d pa jo ob\u010dasno hladno so\u010dimo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Katero sadje uporabljamo: <\/strong>Poleg banane in limone uporabljamo\u00a0<strong>jagode, borovnice, pomaran\u010de, grenivke, kivi, jabolka, hru\u0161ke, ananas, maline, kosmulje. <\/strong>Sadje uporabljamo praviloma sve\u017ee, v\u010dasih pa si izven sezone pomagamo tudi z zamrznjenim jagodi\u010devjem ali namo\u010denim suhim sadjem.<\/p>\n<p>Taki smutiji tvorijo na\u0161 jutranji \u017eelezni prehranski repertoar. Zanje ne porabimo veliko \u010dasa in ne naveli\u010damo se njihovih okusov. So glavna sestavina na\u0161ega zajtrka.
