Tudi \u010dloveku podobne \u017eivali (primati) instiktivno rade posegajo po taki hrani.<\/p>\n<p>Ljudje:<br \/>\n&#8211; imamo ve\u010d ma\u0161\u010dobnega tkiva<br \/>\n&#8211; imamo u\u010dinkovitej\u0161o predelavo hrane v ma\u0161\u010dobna tkiva<br \/>\n&#8211; z u\u017eivanjem ma\u0161\u010dob nastopi sitost kasneje kot z drugo hrano<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Koliko ma\u0161\u010dob bi mi morali u\u017eiti?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Priporo\u010dila Svetovne zdravstvene organizacije:<br \/>\n&#8211; 20 &#8211; 35% energijskega vnosa<br \/>\n&#8211; splo\u0161no priporo\u010dilo (dr.D.Kupnik) &#8211; 25% energijskega vnosa<br \/>\n&#8211; domovi upokojencev v Sloveniji leta 1992 &#8211; 31,9% energijskega vnosa pa je to primerno?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kak\u0161na je razlika med nasi\u010denimi in nenasi\u010denimi ma\u0161\u010dobnimi kislinami?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kaj so esencialne ma\u0161\u010dobne kisline: omega 3, omega 6<br \/>\n&#8211; so glavna sestavina celi\u010dnih open (tvorijo 60-70% fosfolipidov)<br \/>\n&#8211; vseh organov<br \/>\n&#8211; glavna sestavina mo\u017eganov (60 % so ma\u0161\u010dobe) in \u017eivcev<br \/>\n&#8211; glavna sestavina o\u010di (mre\u017enica)<\/p>\n<p>Kak\u0161no je optimalno razmerje med omega 3 in omega 6?<br \/>\nNekaj primerov si oglejte v 32-33 minutah posnetka 2.dela.<\/p>\n<p>Ravnovesje je od 1:1 oziroma vse kar je naravno je od 4:1 do 1:4.<br \/>\nSvetovna zdravstvena organizacija svetuje razmerje 1:3,6, ravno tak\u0161no razmerje ima npr. konopljino olje.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kak\u0161ne funkcije ima omega 3:<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; zavirajo vnetja (pogojno)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kak\u0161ne funkcije ima omega 6:<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; spodbujajo vnetja<\/p>\n<p>\u010ce je slednjih preve\u010d, lahko nastanejo:<br \/>\n&#8211; bolezni srca in o\u017eilja<br \/>\n&#8211; diabetes 2<br \/>\n&#8211; avtoimunske bolezni<br \/>\n&#8211; bolezni povezane z debelostjo<br \/>\n&#8211; starostne te\u017eave<br \/>\n&#8211; psihi\u010dne te\u017eave in bolezni<br \/>\n&#8211; rak (nekatere vrste)<br \/>\n&#8211; druga vnetja<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kako lahko optimiziramo vnos ma\u0161\u010dob v telo?<\/strong><br \/>\nKer so prvobitna ljudstva imela Omega 6 samo 8% v strukturi ma\u0161\u010dob. Zahodnjaki \u017ee\u00a0 stoletje u\u017eivamo olja, ki imajo Omega 6 veliko, imamo pa 24%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kaj to pomeni?<\/strong><br \/>\nNa\u0161a naloga je, da te ma\u0161\u010dobe nekako skurimo, da spremenimo srukturo na\u0161ega organizma, da bo omega 6 samo 8%. Ta proces je dolgotrajen, \u0161pehec je tam, ne moremo pa to takoj narediti, ker se je ma\u0161\u010doba nabirala ve\u010d let.<\/p>\n<p>\u010ce ho\u010demo hitreje spremeniti stanje, potrebujemo zmanj\u0161ati vnos ma\u0161\u010dob, ki vsebujejo (pre)ve\u010d omega 6 ma\u0161\u010dobnih kislin, kot so:<br \/>\n&#8211; son\u010dni\u010dno olje,<br \/>\n&#8211; orehovo olje,<br \/>\n&#8211; sojino olje,<br \/>\n&#8211; sezamovo olje,<br \/>\n&#8211; ara\u0161idovo olje,<br \/>\n&#8211; koruzno olje<br \/>\nTo so vsi pomemben vir esencialne ma\u0161\u010dobne kisline Omega 6, ki je pa imamo \u017eal preve\u010d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kako se temu izognemo?<\/strong><br \/>\nZ uporabo masla in olj\u010dnega olja (ekstra devi\u0161ko).<\/p>\n<p>Kaj je razkril klini\u010dni preizkus, ko so pri bolnikih zamenjali koruzno olje in ga nadomestili z olivnim oljem in ogr\u010di\u010dnim oljem (omega 3:omega 6 &#8211; 1:4)?<br \/>\n\u010ceprav ta korak ni radikalen, je vseno bilo zmanj\u0161anje smrtnosti za 70%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kako pove\u010dati u\u017eivanje ma\u0161\u010dob z ve\u010d omega 3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ma\u0161\u010dobnimi kislinami?<br \/>\nKateri so viri:<br \/>\n&#8211; ribe &#8211; 2-3x tedensko<br \/>\n&#8211; ribje olje<br \/>\n&#8211; laneno olje (mleto seme) &#8211; 1-2 \u017elici mletega<\/p>\n<p>semena na dan<br \/>\n&#8211; alge<br \/>\nVsi ti izpolnjujejo oba pogoja<br \/>\n&#8211; veliko omega 3<br \/>\n&#8211; ve\u010d omega 3 kot omega 6<\/p>\n<p>Laneno seme ni nujno OK, zaradi pomanjkanja EHA in DHA, ki so podvrste omega 3.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Podvrste omega 3 ma\u0161\u010dobnih kislin:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>a) <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Kratkoveri\u017ene<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>ALA<\/strong><\/span> (alfa-linoleinska)<br \/>\nTelesu neposredno ne koristi, tudi ne zmanj\u0161uje vnetij (je nevtralna), je samo surovina, da telo naredi iz nje dolgoveri\u017ene.<\/p>\n<p>b) <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Dolgoveri\u017ene<\/span><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">EPA, DHA<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nZelo re-aktivne v biol.procesih.<br \/>\nZmanj\u0161ujejo vnetja.<br \/>\nZa du\u0161evno zdravje!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kaj je razkril preiskus pri mladih prestopnikih v zaporu v Angliji?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prvi skupini so dali Ribje olje + olje svetlina + vitamine (torej so imeli ve\u010d omega 3), druga skupina pa placebo.<br \/>\nV skupini, ki so jemali te dodatke se je v 6 mesecih zmanj\u0161ala pogostost nasilnih dejanj za 50%.<\/p>\n<p>Druge raziskave so pokazale da EPA pomaga pri shizofreniji. \u010ceprav je DHA ve\u010d v mo\u017eganih in so predvidevali, da bo le-ta bolj pomagala pri shizofreniji, se je izkazalo, da EPA zelo pomaga pri du\u0161evnih obolenjih, shizofreniji, ker ima pri funkcioniranju mo\u017eganov ve\u010d vlog.<\/p>\n<p>Primer Jonathana, ki je v \u010dasu \u0161tudija za\u010del trpeti za shizofrenijo, disleksijo&#8230; in se je njegovo stanje tako poslab\u0161alo, da je postal klo\u0161ar. Ko ga je pri 31 letih neki indijski zdravnik vzel k sebi in mu pri\u010del dajati vsak dan:<br \/>\n<strong>EPA<\/strong> 2g\/dan<br \/>\nSe mu je v 3 letih stanje normaliziralo, poleg tega je bil ozdravljen tudi disleksije, kar mu je omogo\u010dilo, da je pri\u010del nazaj \u0161tudirati. Te luknje, praznine v mo\u017eganih, ki nastanejo pri tej bolezni, so se zmanj\u0161ale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Podvrste omega 3<\/strong><br \/>\nEPA, DHA &#8211; le to pravzaprav potrebujemo!<\/p>\n<p><strong>In kje to dobimo?<\/strong><br \/>\nRibe in ribje olje<br \/>\nAlge<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ali obstajajo kak\u0161ne negativni vidiki esencialni ma\u0161\u010dobnih kislin?<\/strong><br \/>\nNa eni strani jih rabimo, po drugi strani pa povzro\u010dajo oksidacijo.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Kaj to najbolje re\u0161ujemo:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n&#8211; zmernost, poleg ma\u0161\u010dob u\u017eijemo tudi Vitamin E, lahko \u010detrtino skledice namo\u010denih mandeljnov, tudi brokoli ga vsebuje<br \/>\n&#8211; z u\u017eivanjem antioksidantov<br \/>\n&#8211; s postom<br \/>\n&#8211; izlo\u010diti olja (ki vsebujejo ve\u010d omega 6)<\/p>\n<p>Koloidi so bistveni za transport ma\u0161\u010dob.
