Tako namre\u010d ne motimo procesov razstrupljanja, ki so dopoldan najbolj intenzivni.<\/p>\n<p>Pri nas doma je \u017ee dolgo uveljavljen zajtrk, ki upo\u0161teva obe na\u010deli. Njegovo bistvo sta <strong>velik kozarec<\/strong> (3-5 dl) <strong>sve\u017eega gostega soka<\/strong> (me\u0161ano sadje z malo vode in\/ali sve\u017eimi bistrimi sokovi iz sadja, v\u010dasih tudi iz korenja ali rde\u010de pese) in tablete beljakovin <strong>MAP<\/strong> (vsaj 3 tablete, a raje ve\u010d).<\/p>\n<p>Pravimo mu \u00bbhigienisti\u010dni angle\u0161ki zajtrk\u00ab, saj vsebuje toliko beljakovin kot vsaj 2 jajci, a telesa ne obremenjuje s prebavo in odpadnimi toksi\u010dnimi snovmi.<\/p>\n<p>Zadnja leta pa smo ta zajtrk dopolnili tako, da je res polnovreden. Pred kozarcem smutija popijemo \u0161ilce (0,3-0,5 dl) <strong>probioti\u010dnega napitka EM<\/strong>. Z njim okrepimo dobre bakterije v \u010drevesju; vlaknine v gostem soku, ki mu sledi, pa so hrana zanje. Ob soku u\u017eijemo tudi mineralni pra\u0161ek <strong>FHES<\/strong> (vsaj 1 kapsulo; na sliki levo spodaj), da sok antioksidantsko okrepimo, saj sta sodobno sadje in zelenjava v tem smislu obubo\u017eani.<\/p>\n<p>Takemu obroku se odli\u010dno prilega tudi kapsula <strong>omega 3<\/strong> (rumena kapsula na sliki). Raziskave ka\u017eejo, da jih je priporo\u010dljivo u\u017eivati skupaj z me\u0161anim sadjem.<\/p>\n<p>Obrok je torej bolj sadni kot zelenjavni, kar z vidika preskrbljenosti z rudninami ni najbolje. Za korekcijo poskrbimo med kosilom (obilna solata) in pred njim (zeleni napitek ali tablete modrozelenih alg). Tak prete\u017eno sadni obrok pa je zelo okusen, kar je zelo pomembno, da se ga ne naveli\u010damo.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Napitek je idealen tudi za za\u010detek postnega dne, le koli\u010dino MAP v tem obroku je potrebno pove\u010dati na vsaj 5 tablet. To se morda zdi veliko, a znanost je v tem oziru jasna: dnevno \u010dlovek potrebuje 0,4 g (neto) beljakovin na kilogram idealne telesne te\u017ee. Oseba, ki tehta 60 kg in ni prete\u017eka ali presuha, bi tako potrebovala 24 tablet MAP na dan, \u010de ne bi u\u017eila drugih beljakovin.<\/p>\n<p>Lahko se odlo\u010dimo tudi za postni dan samo ob vodi. Raziskave ka\u017eejo, da celo to koristi. Toda bolj varno je, \u010de v \u010dasu kalori\u010dne restrikcije organizmu zagotavljamo hranila, ki jih nujno potrebuje za regeneracijo celic in dobre \u010drevesne flore.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Vir: <em>PRIJATELJEM NAJBOLJ\u0160E!
