Bil je to prvi znanstveni \u010dlanek o koristnih u\u010dinkih \u00bbkalori\u010dne restrikcije\u00ab. Dlaka je osivela in zelo razred\u010dena, postava pa starostno iz\u010drpana. Na desni (sliki C,D) sta fotografiji vrstnice, ki so ji dajali podobno polnovredno hrano, a je vsebovala 30% manj kalorij. Dlaka je gosta in ni osivela, postava je kljub podobni visoki starosti \u010dvrsta. Opice, ki so jim omejevali u\u017eivanje kalorij, so \u017eivele pribli\u017eno 30% dlje, imele pribli\u017eno 50% manj rakavih obolenj in bolezni srca in o\u017eilja (Science, \u0161t. 325, 2009).<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Rezultati so bili pri vseh poskusih podobno presenetljivi: \u010de so \u017eivalim zmanj\u0161ali kalori\u010dno vrednost hrane za 30% do 50% pod normalno raven, se je, ob zagotavljanju polnovrednosti hrane (!), njihova \u017eivljenjska doba podalj\u0161ala za 30% do 50%. Zmanj\u0161alo pa se je tudi obolevanje za rakom, sladkorno boleznijo in drugimi degenerativnimi boleznimi.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Ali so tudi pri ljudeh u\u010dinki omejevanja u\u017eitih kalorij podobni?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Raziskovalci, npr. Redmann (2008) in Meyer (2006), to potrjujejo. Zaradi eti\u010dnih razlogov in dolge \u017eivljenjske dobe ljudi je takih znanstvenih raziskav na ljudeh seveda manj kot na \u017eivalih, a u\u010dinki omejevanja kalorij na fiziolo\u0161ke kazalce dolgo\u017eivosti so vidni tudi v kraj\u0161em obdobju.<\/p>\n<p>Raziskava, ki sta jo opravila Fontana in Klein (2007) med \u010dlani angle\u0161kega Dru\u0161tva za kalori\u010dno restrikcijo (stari od 35 do 82 let), ki so \u017ee 6 let in pol u\u017eivali 30% manj kalorij kot ljudje v kontrolni skupini, je pokazala podobna fiziolo\u0161ka izbolj\u0161anja kot preizkusi z glodavci; poleg tega pa so bile njihove sr\u010dne funkcije tako krepke, kot so obi\u010dajno pri 16 let mlaj\u0161ih ljudeh.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Ob\u010dasno postenje<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Da bi ob\u010dutili pozitivne zdravstvene u\u010dinke omejevanja zau\u017eitih kalorij, ni potrebno, da se trajno odrekamo normalni koli\u010dini hrane. \u017de dan brez hrane ima izjemne pozitivne u\u010dinke na zdravje. Ameri\u0161ki biolog M.R. Anson in sodelavci (2003) poro\u010dajo o preizkusih izmenjavanja postenja in prehranjevanja v dalj\u0161em obdobju.<\/p>\n<p>Opravili so jih na mi\u0161ih, ki najprej 24 ur niso ni\u010d jedle, potem so 24 ur jedle, kolikor so hotele, potem 24 ur spet ni\u010d itd (izmeni\u010dno postenje \u2013 ang. \u00bbintermittent fasting\u00ab). \u017divele so bistveno dlje in manj so zbolevale za degenerativnimi boleznimi. Pozitivni u\u010dinki so bili podobni kot pri trajnem omejevanju kalorij, le telesna te\u017ea se je ohranjala na normalni ravni.<\/p>\n<p>Znani nevrobiolog M. P. Mattson z univerze Johna Hopkinsa (2003) in drugi raziskovalci tega fenomena so namre\u010d ugotovili, da <strong>se v dnevih, ko ne jemo, okrepijo imunski sistem, antioksidantska za\u0161\u010dita in regeneracijski procesi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Vir: <em>PRIJATELJEM NAJBOLJ\u0160E!
