{"id":5031,"date":"2026-02-26T17:24:00","date_gmt":"2026-02-26T15:24:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ziva-voda.com\/blog\/?p=5031"},"modified":"2026-05-10T15:24:42","modified_gmt":"2026-05-10T13:24:42","slug":"prehrana-16-8-krepi-zdravje","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ziva-voda.com\/blog\/prehrana-16-8-krepi-zdravje\/","title":{"rendered":"Prehrana 16\/8 krepi zdravje"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Pomembna je ugotovitev, da v nobeni od raziskav niso zaznali negativnih u\u010dinkov \u010dasovno omejenega prehranjevanja na zdravje. Naj\u0161ir\u0161i nabor kazalcev zdravja so preverjali v \u017ee omenjeni raziskavi na \u0161portnikih (Moro et al. 2016), zato se bom v nadaljevanju skliceval predvsem nanjo. Zanimale me bodo predvsem vrednosti kazalcev, ki predstavljajo tveganje za hude kroni\u010dne degenerativne bolezni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IGF-1 je inzulinu podoben rastni faktor-1. V razvitem svetu je IGF-1 pri ljudeh ve\u010dinoma na ravni zgornje referen\u010dne vrednosti, kar pomeni visoko tveganje raka. \u0160portniki v obeh eksperimentalnih skupinah so imeli pred za\u010detkom poskusa za 24 % ni\u017ejo raven IGF-1 od zgornje referen\u010dne meje, kar je na ravni veganov, za katere je zna\u010dilno ni\u017eje tveganje raka kot pri vsejedih. Na koncu preizkusa se je IGF-1 v skupini s \u010dasovno omejenim prehranjevanjem zni\u017eal na \u0161e optimalnej\u0161o raven (33 % pod zgornjo referen\u010dno mejo). V kontrolni skupini pa se je raven IGF-1 zvi\u0161ala za eno odstotno to\u010dko. Ocenjujem, da je optimalna raven IGF-1 med 35 % in 50 % pod zgornjo referen\u010dno mejo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Raven sladkorja. Optimalna raven glukoze v krvi na te\u0161\u010de je med 3,9 in 5,0 mmol\/L (Bredesen, 2017). Pred preizkusom je bila pri \u0161portnikih v obeh skupinah nekoliko vi\u0161ja (5,3 mmol\/l). Pri \u0161portnikih v skupini s \u010dasovno omejenim prehranjevanjem se je v \u010dasu eksperimenta raven glukoze zni\u017eala na optimalno (4,8 mmol\/l), pri \u0161portnikih v kontrolni skupini pa ne (Moro et. al., 2016). Trajne jutranje ravni sladkorja v krvi v vi\u0161ini 5,4 mmol ali ve\u010d \u017ee pomenijo nevarnost za nastanek inzulinske rezistence in preddiabetesa (Mercola, 2018).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hormon inzulin ima centralno vlogo v presnovi. \u010ce ga je preve\u010d, nastane inzulinska rezistenca, ki je dejavnik tveganja za nastanek sladkorne bolezni, raka, sr\u010dno \u017eilnih zapletov, demence in drugih obolenj. Optimalna raven je 4,5 mE\/L ali manj. Raven inzulina je bila pri \u0161portnikih \u017ee pred za\u010detkom preizkusa primerna (2,8 mE\/L), po preizkusu pa se je v skupini s \u010dasovno omejenim prehranjevanjem \u0161e izbolj\u0161ala \u2013 bistveno zni\u017eala (na 1,8 mE\/L) (Moro et al., 2016). Tudi v raziskavi z osebami s preddiabetesom se je inzulinska rezistenca ob \u010dasovno omejenem prehranjevanju zmanj\u0161ala (Sutton et al., 2018).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krvni tlak in ma\u0161\u010dobe v krvi.
