Leta 2012 pa je iz\u0161el znanstveni \u010dlanek (Hatori et al., 2012) o preizkusu, v katerem so skupinama mi\u0161k dajali enako hrano, le da so eni skupini omogo\u010dili dostop do nje ves \u010das, drugi pa le 8 ur na dan. Mi\u0161ke iz druge skupine so se kljub enaki koli\u010dini hrane manj poredile in so imele bolj\u0161e zdravstvene kazalce kot mi\u0161ke, ki so enako koli\u010dino hrane glodale ves dan. Sledilo je ve\u010d preizkusov na ljudeh (Moro et al., 2016, Gabel et al., 2018, Sutton et al., 2018, Rynders et al. 2019).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prehrana 16\/8 v bistvu tudi ni v nasprotju z uradnimi prehranskimi priporo\u010dili.
