Po obroku, ki ga u\u017eijemo pozno zve\u010der, ostane povi\u0161ana raven sladkorja \u0161e ves naslednji dan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V \u0161estnajstih urah, ko ne jemo, le pijemo. Pija\u010da naj bo nekalori\u010dna, torej voda, nesladkani \u010daji, nesladkana kava \u2026 Dovoljena so tudi nekalori\u010dna prehranska dopolnila.
