Svoj prvi post sem opravil leta 1986. Teden dni sem pod zdravni\u0161ko kontrolo u\u017eival le sve\u017ee iztisnjene sokove in vodo po metodi dr. Airole. Zdravnica je bila proti temu, a je po tem, ko sem dejal, do bom preizkus vseeno opravil, popustila in mi preverila kri pred preizkusom in po njem. Po\u010dutje med postom in po njem je bilo odli\u010dno, krvni izvidi pa tudi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V letih, ki so sledila, sem se redno postil enkrat ali dvakrat na leto. Sledil sem tudi izku\u0161njam drugih. Izkazalo se je, da postenje ni brez nevarnosti. Sokovi naj bodo prete\u017eno zelenjavni, \u010de pretiravamo s sadnimi, lahko nastopi dekalcinacija. Starej\u0161i si po postu te\u017eje povrnejo mi\u0161i\u010dno maso. Zato sem z leti oblikoval svojo obliko postenja \u2013 polnovredni post. Vsebuje vsa esencialna hraniva. O njem ve\u010d drugi\u010d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zdaj ko sem ostarel, se ne postim ve\u010d. Preprosto mi je prete\u017eko. Na sre\u010do je znanost odkrila, da obstaja la\u017eja oblika postenja, pri kateri se odrekamo hrani le del dneva in je v zdravstvenem smislu tudi zelo u\u010dinkovita. Gre za na\u010din prehrane, ki je lahko trajen. Uveljavljen je pod imenom \u00bbprehrana 16\/8\u00ab.
