Koristno pa je, \u010de to postane trajen na\u010din zdravega \u017eivljenja. Vanj spada tudi pitje vsaj litra in pol vode na dan. Za nekatere sr\u010dne bolnike toliko teko\u010dine ni priporo\u010dljivo \u010ce ni zdravni\u0161kih zadr\u017ekov, pa le popijmo tisti poldrugi liter vode na dan. \u010ce je telo dehidrirano, te\u017eje izlo\u010damo odpadne snovi. Ustrezno koli\u010dino vode lahko uravnavamo po barvi urina. Ta mora biti svetlo rumen. \u010ce je temno rumen ali jantarne barve, smo popili premalo vode, \u010de je urin brezbarven, pa preve\u010d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po splo\u0161nih priporo\u010dilih za zdravo prehranjevanje bi morali u\u017eiti vsaj 400 gramov (5 porcij) zelenjave in sadja na dan. Vsebujeta veliko antioksidantov, ki tudi prispevajo k razstrupljanju organizma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posamezne ukrepe, ki so vklju\u010deni v drugo fazo mojega razstrupljevalnega postopka, sem s sodelavci celoviteje predstavil v knjigi Ko zdravila odpovedo, v za\u010detku tiso\u010dletja pa smo na Univerzi v Ljubljani preizkusili metodo, ki vklju\u010duje pitje 1,5 l vode, uro hoje na son\u010dni svetlobi in zraku in u\u017eivanje vsaj 400 g zelenjave in sadja na dan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pri udele\u017eencih se je po enem mesecu bistveno zni\u017eala raven toksemije, spodbudno pa je bilo tudi to, da se je teh priporo\u010dil za zdrav na\u010din \u017eivljenja ve\u010dina udele\u017eencev preizkusa dr\u017eala tudi \u0161e po letu in pol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vir:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.institut-o.com\/prijateljem-najboljse-december-2025\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PRIJATELJEM NAJBOLJ\u0160E!<\/a><br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.institut-o.com\/prijateljem-najboljse-december-2025\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Novice za uporabnike FHES, OKA (angl.
