Zbranih imamo 8 pri\u010devanj oseb, ki so si z njim pomagale pri zgagi in refluksu. V\u010dasih je potrebno ve\u010d tednov njegovega u\u017eivanja, da se \u017eelodec umiri. Zato je priporo\u010dljivo, da ga u\u017eivamo \u017ee pred prazniki in tako telo pripravimo nanje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Takoj pa lahko ob\u010dutimo olaj\u0161anje v \u017eelodcu, \u010de po obroku spijemo \u0161ilce nerazred\u010denega bio probiotika EM. Vsebuje namre\u010d, poleg osmih vrst koristnih bakterij, tudi izvle\u010dke devetnajstih vrst zdravilnih zeli\u0161\u010d. V \u010dasu priprave probiotika se snovi iz njih pretvorijo v encime, ki pomagajo pri prebavi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na\u0161a znanka se je zaradi netolerantnosti na razna \u017eivila za\u010dela izogibati mnogim izmed njih. Postala je nedohranjena, s tem pa te\u017ee prebavljala te\u017ejo hrano. Pa je po tem, ko je pojedla jajce, zau\u017eila \u0161ilce bio probiotika EM in neugodja ni bilo.
