Teh je veliko v sve\u017eem sadju in zelenjavi, stro\u010dnicah in \u017eitnih \u017eivilih iz polnovredne moke. Odrasli bi morali u\u017eiti od 28 do 35 g vlaknin na dan, v obi\u010dajni prehrani razvitega sveta pa jih je kar desetkrat manj. Prevladujejo enostavni ogljikovi hidrati in ma\u0161\u010dobe, ki dokazano pripomorejo k neuravnote\u017eeni \u010drevesni bioti. Prepoznamo jo po neprijetnem vonju blata, povzro\u010da ma med drugim \u010drevesne te\u017eave, kot sta zaprtje in diareja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z odmerkom 0,5 dl bio probiotika EM na dan obi\u010dajno odpravimo neprijetni vonj blata \u017ee v nekaj dneh, kar zmanj\u0161a tudi \u010drevesne te\u017eave. Na spletni strani <a href=\"https:\/\/iztokostan.com\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/iztokostan.com\/\">www.iztokostan.com<\/a> je objavljenih 107 izku\u0161enj oseb, ki so si z njim zmanj\u0161ale zaprtje, in 44 izku\u0161enj odpravljanja driske.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Te \u010drevesne te\u017eave se v prazni\u010dnem \u010dasu \u0161e poslab\u0161ajo, saj se pove\u010da koli\u010dina u\u017eitega sladkorja in ma\u0161\u010dob pa tudi za \u010drevesno bioto \u0161kodljivega alkohola. Modro je, \u010de se na prazni\u010dna sre\u010danja in dobrote pripravimo \u017ee prej, tako da pove\u010damo dnevni odmerek bio probiotika EM za \u0161ilce.
