Teh italijanskih belih, hrustljavih plo\u0161\u010dic, narejenih iz sladkorja, beljaka in mandljev, takrat v Sloveniji \u0161e niso prodajali. Nisem sladkosneden, a si pred novoletnimi prazniki kupim mandolat. Ko grem iz trgovine, ga \u017ee v avtu grizljam in mi pri\u010dara spomine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vem, kot vemo vsi, da veliko sladkega ni zdravo. Zdravnik dr. Robert H. Lustig v svoji knjigi Mastna la\u017e (2014) poro\u010da, da je bila \u017ee leta 1980 v ZDA poraba sladkorja na prebivalca za 70 % vi\u0161ja od priporo\u010dene zgornje meje, do leta 2012 pa se je njegova potro\u0161nja ve\u010d kot potrojila.
