Raziskave ka\u017eejo, da trije grami (\u0161est tablet) spiruline vsebujejo ve\u010d antioksidantov kot priporo\u010denih pet dnevnih porcij sadja in zelenjave. Elena Bobescu z Univerze v Brasovu je s sodelavci povzela rezultate raziskav o vplivu u\u017eivanja spiruline med klimakterijem. Ugotovili so, da se izbolj\u0161a po\u010dutje \u017eensk, predvsem pa se zmanj\u0161a tveganje kardiovaskularnih zapletov, ki so v tem obdobju pogostej\u0161i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pogosta te\u017eava v meni so bakterijska vnetja no\u017enice in spodnjih se\u010dil. Med drugim nastajajo zaradi mo\u010dnega upadanja antioksidantskosti telesnih teko\u010din v tem obdobju; antioksidantskost krvi je, na primer, pri petdesetih letih kar stokrat ni\u017eja kot pri dvajsetih. V mojem dopolnilnem prehranskem sistemu ima v tretji fazi najpomembnej\u0161o vlogo u\u017eivanje antioksidantskega pra\u0161ka FHES. Z njim se u\u010dinkovito ubranimo bakterijskih in drugih oku\u017eb. Po antioksidantski mo\u010di je FHES vsaj 10.000-krat mo\u010dnej\u0161i kot najbolj antioksidantski sve\u017ei sokovi. Tako okolje zelo godi celicam imunskega sistema (in drugim na\u0161im celicam), patogeni mikrobi pa se v njem te\u017eje razmno\u017eujejo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FHES je tudi mo\u010dan razstrupljevalec, kar je v meni pomembno za izbolj\u0161anje po\u010dutja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Napotek: Nadaljujemo z u\u017eivanjem OKA in bio probiotika EM kot v drugi fazi. Dodamo \u0161e 2-4 kapsule FHES dnevno, ob kroni\u010dnih vnetjih pa je potrebno pove\u010dati odmerek na 6 kapsul FHES na dan (3 krat po 2 kapsuli). V prehrano dodajamo spirulino ali klorelo v odmerku, ki ga priporo\u010da proizvajalec.
