Zaradi tega prodre skozi \u017eelodec v \u010drevesje ve\u010d patogenih mikrobov kot v mladosti. Poslab\u0161a se stanje \u010drevesne biote, kar zaznamo tudi po slab\u0161em vonju blata v zrelih letih. Pomagamo si lahko z u\u017eivanjem probiotikov. Robin A. F. Andrews z univerze v Cardiffu je vodil raziskavo, v kateri je med drugim s sodelavci povzel rezultate sedmih raziskav o u\u010dinkih u\u017eivanja probiotikov v menopavzi. \u017denske, ki so jih jemale, so izkusile izbolj\u0161anje psihi\u010dnega stanja, imele so manj vro\u010dinskih valov, manj suho no\u017enico in bolj zdravo bioto v njej kot \u017eenske v kontrolni skupini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Med klimakterijem koristi \u017ee u\u017eivanje prebiotikov, izvle\u010dkov iz vlaknin, ki so hrana koristnim bakterijam. Vlaknine sicer lahko pridobimo iz polnozrnatih \u017eitaric, stro\u010dnic, sadja in zelenjave, a jih \u017eal v povpre\u010dju u\u017eijemo desetkrat manj kot je priporo\u010deno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Napotek: V drugi fazi nadaljujemo z u\u017eivanjem aminokislin OKA (5-8 tablet dnevno) in dodamo bio probiotik EM v koli\u010dini, ki zagotavlja, da blato v nekaj dneh izgubi neprijetni vonj.
