Zmanj\u0161a se koli\u010dina pepsina, encima za prebavo beljakovin, zato telo pridobi iz njih manj aminokislin. Zmanj\u0161uje se sposobnost jeter in ledvic, ki imajo pomembno vlogo pri predelavi odpadkov presnove aminokislin v celicah. Zaradi zastajanja toksinov v telesu<br>pa se zni\u017ea tudi celi\u010dni izkoristek aminokislin. \u010ceprav morda pojemo dovolj beljakovin, nam v starosti primanjkuje surovin za ustvarjanje lastnih beljakovin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Edino \u017eivilo, ki re\u0161i obe te\u017eavi pri presnovi beljakovin, je OKA, optimalna kombinacija aminokislin: aminokisline preidejo v kri \u017ee v 23 minutah po zau\u017eitju in na celi\u010dni ravni prakti\u010dno ne tvorijo odpadkov. Zato telo z njimi zlahka in hitro ustvari lastne beljakovine, tudi estrogen in progesteron. Zdravnik dr. David Minkoff prav z OKA pomaga \u017eenskam v meni, saj z njimi hitro zmanj\u0161a ali celo odpravi te\u017eave z vro\u010dinskimi valovi. Ob u\u017eivanju OKA se okrepijo tudi funkcije ledvic in jeter.
