Ope\u0161ajo tudi izlo\u010dala. Jetra in ledvice imajo pri sedemdesetih le \u0161e 30 % mladostne zmogljivosti. Tudi \u010de v starosti zau\u017eijemo dovolj beljakovin, postanemo beljakovinsko podhranjeni zaradi njihovega majhnega presnovnega izkoristka. Telo za\u010dne \u010drpati beljakovine iz lastnih, \u017eivljenjsko manj pomembnih organov \u2013 mi\u0161ic, ko\u017ee, las in kosti. U\u017eivanje amino kislin OKA lahko zelo okrepi mi\u0161ice in pove\u010da gibalno sposobnost starej\u0161ih.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prof. Sanseverino je vodil dvomese\u010dni klini\u010dni preizkus u\u010dinkov OKA na starej\u0161e ljudi. Sodelovalo je dvajset oseb v starosti od 65 do 92 let. Ve\u010dinoma so bili \u0161ibki, saj jih 65% ni zmoglo ve\u010d kot dve minuti testne hoje. Zaradi slabe gibljivosti mnogi \u017ee dolgo niso mogli zapu\u0161\u010dati stanovanja. Prvi mesec so dnevno u\u017eivali po 6 do 8 tablet OKA, drugi mesec pa po 3 do 4. Zaradi bolj\u0161e asimilacije, ki je sicer pri starej\u0161ih zmanj\u0161ana, so dnevni odmerek OKA razdelili na jutranji in opoldanski obrok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dvakrat tedensko so nekoliko pove\u010dali telesno aktivnost s hojo. Pri vseh se je med preizkusom izbolj\u0161al mi\u0161i\u010dni tonus. Prav vsi so bistveno okrepili svoje fizi\u010dne sposobnosti.
