Po intenzivnosti lahko to delo primerjamo s hojo, ki dokazano krepi zdravje. Raziskave potrjujejo, da ura intenzivne hoje dnevno ohranja aerobno sposobnost, zagotavlja hidriranost telesa kar za 12 ur ter pove\u010da spro\u0161\u010danje antistresnih hormonov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A bolj kot zdravje me je v \u017eivljenju zanimalo \u010dlovekovo dostojanstvo. Tudi to je povezano s sposobnostjo gibanja. Ko zaradi starosti ali drugih vzrokov tako ope\u0161amo, da ne moremo ve\u010d poskrbeti niti zase, je na\u0161e dostojanstvo okrnjeno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gibanje je odvisno zlasti od mo\u010di mi\u0161ic, zanjo pa je potrebna u\u010dinkovita presnova beljakovin, saj so beljakovine njihova osnovna sestavina, pa tudi glavna trdna sestavina hrustanca, kosti in vezivnega tkiva. Revolucijo na podro\u010dju beljakovinske prehrane je omogo\u010dilo odkritje za \u010dloveka idealne sestave esencialnih aminokislin OKA. V kri se absorbira v zgolj 23 minutah (pri aminokislinah iz obi\u010dajnih beljakovin za to potrebujemo vsaj tri ure), na celi\u010dni ravni pa se aminokisline OKA izkoristijo kar 99-odstotno (pri obi\u010dajnih beljakovinah najve\u010d 48 %).
