Te\u017eave lahko zmanj\u0161a mo\u010dna antioksidantska za\u0161\u010dita. Z antioksidanti sta zelo bogati algi klorela in zlasti spirulina. Raziskovalca Bob Capelli in Gerald R. Cysewski sta ugotovila, da trije grami (\u0161est tablet) spiruline vsebujejo ve\u010d antioksidantov kot priporo\u010denih pet dnevnih porcij sadja in zelenjave. Spirulina zmanj\u0161uje anksioznost, deluje antidepresivno in tudi izbolj\u0161uje spanje. Spanje izbolj\u0161uje tudi melatonin, ki je tudi zelo mo\u010dan antioksidant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po na\u0161ih meritvah pa sta najmo\u010dnej\u0161a antioksidanta molekularni vodik (H2) in FHES. Po meritvah na Univerzi v Ljubljani je kozarec vode s H2 ali kapsulo FHES po antioksidantski mo\u010di enakovreden vsaj 10.000 kozarcem sve\u017eega soka. Za H2 obstajajo tudi znanstvene \u0161tudije o njegovi koristi pri depresiji in drugih du\u0161evnih motnjah. Na moji spletni strani je ve\u010d poro\u010dil o pozitivnih izku\u0161njah ob u\u017eivanju FHES pri osebah z depresijo. Med njimi je tudi naslednja:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pred skoraj dvajsetimi leti mi je telefonirala hvale\u017ena uporabnica FHES. Povedala je, da je njena h\u010derka pri\u0161la iz psihiatri\u010dne bolni\u0161nice in je depresivna le \u0161e \u010demela doma. Spodbudila jo je, naj preizkusi FHES, saj je sama ob njegovem u\u017eivanju \u010dutila ve\u010d energije in elana. Pa ga je h\u010derka le za\u010dela jemati. \u017de naslednji dan se je pridru\u017eila materi pri delu na vrtu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Napotek za tretjo fazo (2 meseca): Nadaljujemo z u\u017eivanjem aminokislin OKA in bio probiotika EM kot v drugi fazi. Dodamo \u0161e od 3 do 6 kapsul FHES na dan (pri kroni\u010dnih obolenjih dr. Meyers priporo\u010da 3 krat po 2 kapsuli na dan). Za bolj\u0161o prehranjenost je priporo\u010deno u\u017eivati tudi spirulino ali klorelo v odmerkih, ki jih priporo\u010da proizvajalec. \u010ce to \u0161e ni dovolj za<br>izbolj\u0161anje spanja, u\u017eijemo pol ure pred spanjem melatonin.
