V letih 2019-2022 so bile opravljene 4 klini\u010dne \u0161tudije, ki so dokazale koristne u\u010dinke u\u017eivanja probiotikov na depresivna stanja, obse\u017ena pregledna \u0161tudija iz leta 2024 pa je dokazala koristen u\u010dinek njihovega u\u017eivanja tudi pri anksioznosti. V njej so raziskovalci povzeli izsledke kar 30 \u0161tudij; \u0161tudije so ve\u010dinoma pokazale pozitivne u\u010dinke na obe bolezni. Prete\u017eno so raziskovalci preizku\u0161ali u\u010dinke sevov bifidobakterij in laktobacilov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bio probiotik EM, ki je del mojega dopolnilnega prehranskega sistema, vklju\u010duje predvsem seve teh vrst. Na spletni strani <a href=\"https:\/\/iztokostan.com\/\">www.iztokostan.com<\/a> je predstavljeno ve\u010d kot 700 izku\u0161enj z dopolnili iz mojega sistema, med njimi tudi izku\u0161njo 59-letne gospe B.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pred devetimi meseci je za\u010dela u\u017eivati bio probiotik EM \u2013 3 do 4 po\u017eirke vsako jutro, ki jih je poplaknila z vodo. Po dobrem tednu ni bilo ve\u010d obi\u010dajne napihnjenosti, minili pa sta tudi depresivnost in anksioznost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za\u010dudila se je, da se je tudi \u017eelja po sladkem izrazito zmanj\u0161ala, pa je pomislila, da utegne biti v ozadju njene dolgoletne sle po sladki hrani infekcija s kandido. Zdravnica, ki se ukvarja z bio resonanco je ugotovila, da je oku\u017eenost z njo v manj\u0161i meri \u0161e prisotna, a da je glavno delo proti njej \u017ee opravil probiotik. Z ustrezno bioresonan\u010dno terapijo je odpravila \u0161e preostanek glivi\u010dne oku\u017ebe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Napotek za drugo fazo (2 tedna): Nadaljujemo z u\u017eivanjem aminokislin OKA kot v prvi fazi. Dodamo \u0161e bio probiotik EM v dnevnem odmerku, ki odpravi neprijetni vonj blata.
