U\u017eivali so le po gram spiruline na dan. Previsoke vrednosti celokupnega holesterola, \u00bbslabega\u00ab LDL holesterola in trigliceridov so se po dveh mesecih zni\u017eale vsaj za polovico, raven \u00bbdobrega\u00ab HDL holesterola se je pa povi\u0161ala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podoben u\u010dinek na zni\u017eanje celokupnega holesterola je podala dvomese\u010dna korejska \u0161tudija, v kateri je 78 zdravih mo\u0161kih in \u017eensk, starih od 60 do 87 let, u\u017eivalo po osem gramov spiruline na dan (Park et al., 2008). \u0160esttedenska raziskava, opravljena v Mehiki, v kateri so udele\u017eenci u\u017eivali po 4,5 g spiruline na dan, je pokazala, da u\u017eivanje spiruline zni\u017euje tudi previsok krvni tlak. \u0160tudija, ki so jo opravili Riss in sodelavci na \u017eivalih pa nakazuje, da bi u\u017eivanje spiruline utegnilo tudi pri ljudeh zmanj\u0161ati tveganje nastanka ateroskleroze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vir:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.institut-o.com\/prijateljem-najboljse-februar-2025\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PRIJATELJEM NAJBOLJ\u0160E!<br>Novice za uporabnike FHES, OKA (angl.
