Primanjkuje nam vitaminov in mineralov, bistvenih za \u017eivljenje. \u010ce nam ne uspe u\u017eiti priporo\u010denih petih porcij sadja in zelenjave na dan, si lahko pomagamo z rednim u\u017eivanjem spiruline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Raziskovalca B. Capelli in G.R. Cysewski sta ugotovila, da trije grami (\u0161est tablet) spiruline vsebujejo ve\u010d antioksidantov kot priporo\u010denih pet dnevnih porcij sadja in zelenjave. Spirulina vsebuje kar dvanajst vitaminov in prav toliko rudnin. S trigramskim odmerkom dobimo veliko vitamina B12 (320 % dnevnih potreb), za pravilno absorpcijo kalcija bistvenega vitamina K (83 %), izjemne koli\u010dine provitamina A (551 %), veliko \u017eeleza (10 % dnevnih potreb) ter druge rudnine in vitamine. Spirulina vsebuje tudi vlaknine, ki so bistvene za \u010drevesje in jih obi\u010dajno u\u017eijemo premalo, pa dolgoveri\u017ene omega 3 ma\u0161\u010dobne kisline (tudi EPA in DHA), vse esencialne aminokisline \u2013 gradnike beljakovin \u2013 in mnoge druge snovi, pomembne za vzdr\u017eevanje zdravja. Raziskovalca ugotavljata, da je spirulina najbolj hranilen, najbolj celosten in koncentriran vir hranil, ki ga najdemo v naravi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spirulina je enoceli\u010dna mikroalga. Najbolje uspeva v zelo alkalni vodi. Je tradicionalna hrana ljudstev v Podsaharski Afriki, Mehiki in Centralni Ameriki. Pripadniki v \u010cadu naj\u0161tevil\u010dnej\u0161ega ljudstva Kanemba dnevno u\u017eijejo od 3 do 13 gramov posu\u0161ene spiruline, v \u010dasu lakote po mesec dni in ve\u010d u\u017eivajo le spirulino in tako pomanjkanje dobro prenesejo. Stroka v splo\u0161nem priporo\u010da od 1,5 do 5 gramov spiruline na dan.
