Potrebujemo 3 do 7 ur, da jih prebavila razgradijo na aminokisline, ki pa jih na celi\u010dni ravni zelo slabo izkoristimo (najve\u010d 48 %). Nastali odpadek zelo obremenjuje izlo\u010dala. Edino \u017eivilo, ki re\u0161uje oba problema, so aminokisline tipa OKA (optimalna kombinacija aminokislin). V kri se povsem absorbirajo v vsega 23 minutah, na celi\u010dni ravni pa se izkoristijo kar 99-odstotno. Tak\u00f3 telo la\u017eje ustvari prebavne encime, kar zmanj\u0161uje ob\u010dutljivost na razna \u017eivila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V \u017ee omenjenem preizkusu, ki ga je vodila dr. Tamburlin, so eni skupini pacientov, ki so jih zdravili z dieto, dodajali tudi aminokisline OKA. Ob\u010dutljivost so pozdravili prej kot pacienti, ki so se zdravili le z dieto. \u017de po enem mesecu take terapije je zmanj\u0161anje ob\u010dutljivosti zaznalo kar 83,9 % pacientov, po dveh mesecih pa prav vsi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Napotek: Izogibajmo se \u017eivilom, ki povzro\u010dajo prebavne te\u017eave. V prehrano dodajajmo 5-8 tablet OKA na dan. To po\u010dnimo 2-3 mesece.
