Za tiste, ki imajo ob\u010dutljiva prebavila ali so na nekatera \u017eivila alergi\u010dni, pa je prazni\u010dni \u010das tudi obdobje nelagodja. Da bi bilo te\u017eav manj, posve\u010dam to \u0161tevilko novic netolerantnostim na hrano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Netolerantnosti na hrano je treba razlikovati od alergij. Pri alergiji se \u017ee ob zau\u017eitju neznatne koli\u010dine \u017eivila poka\u017eejo te\u017eave, na primer prebavne motnje, ko\u017eni izpu\u0161\u010daji, dihalne motnje, slabost, te\u017eave s koncentracijo, depresivnosti. Mote\u010da hrana namre\u010d spro\u017ei imunski odziv; pove\u010da se koli\u010dina imuno globulinov IgE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lahko pa gre za avtoimunsko obolenje, na primer celiakijo, ki ob u\u017eivanju glutena uni\u010duje \u010drevesje. \u010ce zdravni\u0161ki pregled poka\u017ee, da ne gre za alergijo ne za avtoimunsko bolezen, pravimo da smo na neko hranilo ob\u010dutljivi.
