Glasba torej uravnote\u017euje raven testosterona nasploh in tako prispeva k ve\u010djemu dostojanstvu vseh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u017dal pa na starost izgubljamo dostojanstvo tudi zaradi upadanja \u017eivljenjske mo\u010di in s\u010dasoma mnogi ne zmorejo ve\u010d poskrbeti zase. Eden od pomembnih vzrokov za to je starostno upadanje mi\u0161i\u010dne mase. S telesno aktivnostjo in u\u017eivanjem beljakovinsko bogate hrane ne prepre\u010dimo slabljenja mi\u0161ic. Beljakovine so namre\u010d te\u017eko presnovljive. Potrebujemo kar 3 do 7 ur, da jih prebavila razgradijo na aminokisline, slednjih pa potem v celicah ne izkoristimo ve\u010d kot 48 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve\u010dinoma jih telo razgradi v du\u0161i\u010dne odpadke, ki obremenjujejo jetra in ledvice, sedemdeset let star \u010dlovek pa ima le \u0161e 30 % kapacitete jeter in ledvic, kakr\u0161no je imel pri tridesetih. Edina vrsta beljakovinske hrane, ki re\u0161uje oba problema, so aminokisline tipa OKA. V kri preidejo v le 23 minutah brez obremenjevanja prebavil, na celi\u010dni ravni pa se anabolno izkoristijo v 99 %, kar pomeni, da ne obremenjujejo jeter in ledvic in je zato mogo\u010da hitra regeneracija Prof. Riva Sanseverino z Univerze v Bologni je vodil dvomese\u010dni klini\u010dni preizkus u\u010dinkov OKA na starej\u0161e ljudi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sodelovalo je dvajset oseb v starosti od 65 do 92 let. Ve\u010dinoma so bili \u0161ibki, saj jih 65 % ni zmoglo ve\u010d kot dve minuti testne hoje na teko\u010dem traku. Mnogi zaradi slabe gibljivosti \u017ee dolgo niso mogli zapu\u0161\u010dati stanovanja. Prvi mesec so dnevno u\u017eivali po 6 do 8 tablet OKA, drugi mesec pa po 3 do 4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zaradi bolj\u0161e asimilacije, ki je sicer pri starej\u0161ih zmanj\u0161ana, so dnevni odmerek OKA razdelili na jutranji in opoldanski obrok. Dvakrat tedensko so nekoliko pove\u010dali telesno aktivnost s hojo. Pri vseh se je v \u010dasu testa izbolj\u0161al mi\u0161i\u010dni tonus. Prav vsi so bistveno okrepili svoje telesne sposobnosti.
