{"id":4491,"date":"2024-08-29T20:21:00","date_gmt":"2024-08-29T18:21:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ziva-voda.com\/blog\/?p=4491"},"modified":"2025-02-18T20:22:04","modified_gmt":"2025-02-18T18:22:04","slug":"potreben-je-miselni-obrat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ziva-voda.com\/blog\/potreben-je-miselni-obrat\/","title":{"rendered":"Potreben je miselni obrat"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ko sem ob u\u017eivanju teh dopolnil po desetletja trajajo\u010di bolezni spet pridobil zdravje, sem se za\u010del spra\u0161evati, kako je mo\u017eno, da neko industrijsko pridelano \u017eivilo\/dopolnilo bolj pomaga kot hrana iz neokrnjene narave, na katero se je \u010dlove\u0161ki organizem prilagajal tiso\u010dletja, na nekatera pa celo milijone let. Do odgovora sem se dokopal s pomo\u010djo del biologa Richarda Dawkinsa. Ta je \u017ee leta 1982 objavil teorijo o nepopolni prilagojenosti bitij na okolje. Bitja, tako Dawkins, se prilagodijo na okolje le toliko, kolikor je potrebno za uspe\u0161no reprodukcijo. Ker je hrana bistven del na\u0161ega okolja, iz tega ni te\u017eko sklepati, da nismo povsem prilagojeni na nobeno hrano, pa tudi \u010de je \u010disto naravna. Ko sem to misel uvedel v svoje iskanje najbolj\u0161e hrane, sem lahko hitro spoznal, kako prav ima Dawkins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vzemimo primer ekolo\u0161ko pridelanega jabolka, ki mu ne gre ni\u010d o\u010ditati. Celo pri tem \u017eivilu se do 3 % kisika, ki se v mitohondrijih porabi za pridobivanje energije (ATP) iz hrane, pretvori v strupene proste radikale. Pa ne gre le za energijo. Tudi rudnine niso v nobeni hrani ali kombinaciji \u017eivil v optimalnem razmerju za na\u0161e celice. Preve\u010d ali premalo rudnin pa je vir strupenih prostih radikalov. Problemati\u010den je tudi nizek izkoristek esencialnih hranil iz \u017eivil; ta pri rudninah in vitaminih ne presega 10 %. Seveda je to lahko problemati\u010dno zlasti pri ostarelih in oslabelih, pri katerih je izkoristek hranil \u0161e ni\u017eji. A nepopolna prilagojenost na hrano je zna\u010dilna za nas vse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vzemimo primer materinega mleka, ki je nesporno najbolj\u0161a naravna hrana za dojen\u010dka. Neto izkoristek aminokislin (NNU) iz njega je po ugotovitvah instituta INRC komaj 49 %; kar pomeni, da se kar 51 % aminokislin iz materinega mleka v dojen\u010dkovih celicah pretvori v strupene du\u0161i\u010dne odpadke, ki obremenjujejo jetra in ledvice. Tudi sestava in izkoristek drugih hranil v materinem mleku nista idealni, kaj \u0161ele v drugi naravno pridelani hrani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Naj se potemtakem odre\u010demo materinemu mleku, naj nehamo u\u017eivati hrano, pridobljeno na ekolo\u0161ki na\u010din? Nikakor ne. Kar je tu potrebno, je predvsem miselni obrat: zavedati se moramo, da je prehod od obi\u010dajne industrijsko pridelane hrane k ekolo\u0161ko pridelani le en korak k bolj zdravi hrani, ki pa ni povsem prilagojena potrebam na\u0161ih celic. Narava ne more ponuditi hrane, ki bi bila povsem v skladu z na\u0161imi potrebami. \u010clovek pa je te potrebe zmo\u017een spoznati in je \u017ee ustvaril nekatera prehranska sredstva za optimizacijo celi\u010dnih potreb, mnoga pa bo \u0161e pripravil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ta miselni obrat lahko re\u0161i \u017eivljenje, ko dojen\u010dkov organizem ne zmore pridobiti iz materinega mleka dovolj prepotrebnih hranil in zastaja v razvoju ali ko na\u0161 organizem zaradi bolezni ali starosti ope\u0161a, hranila iz (naravne) hrane vse te\u017ee izkoristi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po na\u0161ih izku\u0161njah so ta spoznanja pomagala \u017ee mnogim pri ohranitvi vitalnosti do pozne starosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vir:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.institut-o.com\/prijateljem-najboljse-avgust-2024\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PRIJATELJEM NAJBOLJ\u0160E!<br>Novice za uporabnike FHES, OKA (angl.
