{"id":4451,"date":"2024-06-26T20:18:00","date_gmt":"2024-06-26T18:18:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ziva-voda.com\/blog\/?p=4451"},"modified":"2025-01-21T20:19:19","modified_gmt":"2025-01-21T18:19:19","slug":"dopolnila-za-uravnavanje-sladkorja-v-krvi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ziva-voda.com\/blog\/dopolnila-za-uravnavanje-sladkorja-v-krvi\/","title":{"rendered":"Dopolnila za uravnavanje sladkorja v krvi"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Sladkorni bolniki so v\u010dasih ob ve\u010dernem merjenju presene\u010deni, ker je raven sladkorja v krvi precej povi\u0161ana, \u010deprav tisti dan niso u\u017eili preve\u010d ogljikovih hidratov, ki jih zdravniki takim bolnikom odsvetujejo. Vzrok za to je morda zrezek pri kosilu. Beljakovine sicer imajo nizek glikemi\u010dni indeks, ker po eni uri ne povi\u0161ajo bistveno ravni sladkorja v krvi. Njihova prebava je pa\u010d po\u010dasna in je potrebno od 3 do 7 ur, da jih prebavila razgradijo na aminokisline. Ko te prispejo do celic, pa raven krvnega sladkorja zelo zvi\u0161ajo. Ve\u010dina (vsaj 52 %) se jih namre\u010d ne izkoristi in jih telo razgradi v odpadke. Po institutu INRC se iz enega grama odpadnih aminokislin ustvari kar 49 gramov glukoze. Tako se u\u010dinek beljakovinsko bogatega kosila poka\u017ee \u0161ele na ve\u010derni ravni sladkorja v krvi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pomagamo si lahko z u\u017eivanjem aminokislin OKA. \u010ce zamenjamo del zau\u017eitih beljakovin z esencialnimi aminokislinami OKA, zmanj\u0161amo koli\u010dino sladkorjev v krvi. Aminokisline OKA so edino beljakovinsko \u017eivilo, ki prakti\u010dno ne tvori odpadkov (zgolj 1%), zato ne povi\u0161uje sladkorja v krvi. Raven sladkorja zni\u017euje tudi u\u017eivanje u\u010dinkovitih probiotikov. Dr. Honda in sodelavci so v preizkusih na mi\u0161ih ugotovili, da mle\u010dnokislinske bakterije po obroku zmanj\u0161ujejo raven sladkorja v krvi. Domnevno se ob u\u010dinkovanju teh bakterij zmanj\u0161a dotok sladkorjev iz \u010drevesja v kri. Po na\u0161ih izku\u0161njah je ob prehranskih \u00bbgrehih\u00ab koristno, \u010de takoj po obroku popijemo od pol do enega decilitra nerazred\u010denega bio probiotika EM. Ve\u010dkrat se je \u017ee pokazalo, da je naslednji dan jutranja raven glukoze v krvi tudi do 5 enot ni\u017eja kot bi bila sicer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zdi se, da je tudi u\u017eivanje antioksidanta FHES koristno za zni\u017eevanje ravni krvnega sladkorja. Diabetologi merijo dolgoro\u010dno raven sladkorja v krvi s pomo\u010djo kazalca A1C, ki je pri diabetikih 6,5 % ali ve\u010d, pri vrednosti 7,0 % ali ve\u010d pa je nevarnost krvno-\u017eilnih zapletov zelo visoka. Ve\u010d je pri\u010devanj sladkornih bolnikov, ki so si z u\u017eivanjem FHES uspeli zelo zni\u017eati A1C.
