To je najbla\u017eja oblika vplivanja na \u010drevesno bioto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u010dnej\u0161i vpliv ima (peroralno) u\u017eivanje probiotikov, to je, \u017eivil, dopolnil oz. zdravil, ki vsebujejo koristne \u010drevesne bakterije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V specializiranih institucijah opravljajo presaditev fekalne mikrobiote (FMT &#8211; Faecal Microbiota Transplantation), pri kateri vnesejo v \u010drevo bolne osebe mikrobioto iz \u010drevesja zdrave.
