Dr. Enrico Mariani je \u0161tiri tedne preverjal u\u010dinke u\u017eivanja OKA na desetih teka\u010dih. V dneh intenzivnega treninga je vsak u\u017eival po 20 g OKA, druge dni pa po 10 g. V primerjavi s \u0161portniki iz kontrolne skupine, ki niso u\u017eivali OKA, sta se pri teh teka\u010dih bolj pove\u010dali mi\u0161i\u010dna masa in mi\u0161i\u010dna mo\u010d, mo\u010d obeh nog se je izena\u010dila, zmanj\u0161ala pa se je koli\u010dina mle\u010dne kisline v organizmu, kar je znak ve\u010dje \u010distosti telesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Maurizio Luc\u00e0-Moretti je vodil enomese\u010dno raziskavo na 20 dobro treniranih teka\u010dih in teka\u010dicah.
