Te so te\u017eko presnovljive. Mlad in mo\u010dan organizem zmore premagati tudi te presnovne napore, a ne gre zlahka. Potrebujemo kar 3 do 7 ur, da v prebavi razgradimo beljakovine na aminokisline, \u0161e ve\u010d dela pa ima telo z izlo\u010danjem presnovnih odpadkov beljakovin. Edina vrsta beljakovinske hrane, ki re\u0161uje oba problema, so aminokisline tipa OKA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za normalno dopolnjevanje prehrane zdravega \u010dloveka je potrebnih 3 do 5 tablet OKA na dan, pred fizi\u010dnimi\/\u0161portnimi napori pa \u0161e dodatnih 5 do 10 tablet pol ure pred vadbo. Na spletni strani <a href=\"https:\/\/iztokostan.com\/\">www.iztokostan.com<\/a> je objavljenih 50 pri\u010devanj \u0161portnikov in rekreativcev. Vsem je u\u017eivanje OKA koristilo. Med njimi so objavljeni tudi rezultati ekstremnega preizkusa vzdr\u017eljivosti petdesetletne italijanske rekreativke, ki je v 21 dneh prehodila kitajsko pu\u0161\u010davo. Prepe\u0161a\u010dila je 540 km.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nosila je 15-kilogramski nahrbtnik in premagovala dnevno nihanje temperature od -5\u02da C do +30\u02da C. Vse dnevne potrebe po beljakovinah je v tem preizkusu zadovoljevala z OKA. Pri \u017eenskah to pomeni vsaj 18 tablet na dan. Kljub skrajnemu naporu se njena telesna te\u017ea ni bistveno spremenila (zmanj\u0161anje za 2%), mi\u0161i\u010dna masa nad koleni pa se je celo okrepila za 10%; skoraj enako se je pove\u010dala tudi mi\u0161i\u010dna mo\u010d. Izbolj\u0161ala se je splo\u0161na telesna kondicija: sr\u010dni utrip in poraba kisika sta se zni\u017eala, energetski izkoristek se je izbolj\u0161al. O tem sta dr. E. Mariani in dr. M.
