Lepo bo pobrkljati okoli hi\u0161e, se podati preko gmajne, se popeljati s kolesom \u2026 Gibanje je pol zdravja. Tudi pitje vode je pomembno; potrebujemo je vsaj liter in pol na dan (kozarec ali dva naenkrat). \u010ce po pitju vode eno uro hodimo, ugotavlja \u0161vedska \u0161tudija, pride voda v vse dele telesa in se hidriranost ohranja kar 12 ur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Slavni dr. Kenneth Cooper je ugotovil, da je ura intenzivne hoje na dan dovolj za ohranjanje aerobne sposobnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zlata vredna je hoja v naravi, kjer je v zraku veliko negativnih kisikovih ionov \u2013 \u00bbvitaminov\u00ab v zraku. Obenem ura bivanja na son\u010dni svetlobi (brez o\u010dal) ustvari dovolj serotonina \u2013 hormona sre\u010de. Gibanje pa ustvarja tudi antistresne hormone. \u010ce se torej odpravimo na jutranji sprehod, si tako ustvarimo zalogo dragocenih hormonov za ves dan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Morda pa nas \u017eivljenjske mo\u010di \u017ee zapu\u0161\u010dajo in ne zmoremo ure hoje dnevno. Potem poskrbimo vsaj za 30 minut gibanja na dan (3.000 korakov). \u0160tudije so pokazale, da toliko dnevne hoje \u017ee bistveno zni\u017euje tveganje demence, 20 minut je premalo.
