Telo mora torej popito vodo \u0161e pretvoriti v antioksidantsko, kar pa zahteva energijo, ki je mnogim nose\u010dnicam primanjkuje. Zato je po na\u0161ih izku\u0161njah koristno u\u017eivati v \u010dasu nose\u010dnosti antioksidantski pra\u0161ek FHES. Raziskava dr. Stephansona in dr. Flanagana je pokazala, da celice v vodi, napojeni s FHES, ustvarijo v dolo\u010denem obdobju iz glukoze kar do petkrat ve\u010d energije kot sicer. FHES je zelo mo\u010dan antioksidant. Po meritvah Univerze v Ljubljani je v kozarcu vode s kapsulo pra\u0161ka FHES toliko antioksidantskega vodika kot v vsaj 10.000 kozarcih sve\u017eega soka. Tako biolo\u0161ko okolje varuje pred oku\u017ebami. Vse to je pomembno tudi v nose\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Znanka nam je posredovala izku\u0161njo svoje sestre: Pri \u0161tiridesetih je rodila svojo edinko. Med nose\u010dnostjo je za\u010dela u\u017eivati po 2 kapsuli FHES na dan. Nose\u010dnost je prena\u0161ala brez te\u017eav in rodila je zdravo, vitalno h\u010derko. Kot zaprise\u017eena zagovornica dojenja je dojila intenzivno in razmeroma dolgo. Zanimivo je bilo, da ni bila videti ni\u010d utrujena, \u010deprav je redno dojila tudi pono\u010di. \u0160ele ko je za nekaj dni ostala brez zaloge FHES, se je pri njej pojavila \u00bbnormalna\u00ab utrujenost neprespane mamice. Takoj, ko je za\u010dela spet u\u017eivati FHES, je utrujenost izginila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Omenjena dopolnila lahko tudi nose\u010dnice u\u017eivajo so\u010dasno. Naj povzamemo izku\u0161njo gospe s Primorske, 27-letne mamice treh sinov. Med zadnjo nose\u010dnostjo je za\u010dela u\u017eivati FHES (2 kapsuli na dan), obenem pa tudi aminokisline OKA (najprej po dve tableti na dan, potem po eno). Takrat je nosila enojaj\u010dna dvoj\u010dka, pa je morala dobro poskrbeti za bolj\u0161o prehranjenost. Ob jemanju teh dopolnil je ob\u010dutila ve\u010d energije, obenem se je zmanj\u0161ala njena nagnjenost k infekcijam in alergijam, bolje je tudi spala. Ko nam je posredovala svojo izku\u0161njo, je ta dopolnila jemala \u017ee \u0161tiri leta.
