A obilo dobrot obi\u010dajno povzro\u010da ve\u010d napenjanja in celo te\u017eav pri odvajanju ali vsaj bolj neprijeten vonj blata. Bodimo pozorni nanj. Tako kot je smrdenje iz hladilnika nedopustno, je smrad, ki ostane za nami na strani\u0161\u010du, znak gnitja. Temu pa se lahko izognemo z u\u017eivanjem u\u010dinkovitih probiotikov. Leta 2003 sem imel prvi\u010d prilo\u017enost preizkusiti bio probiotik EM. Blato je \u017ee v nekaj dneh izgubilo neprijetni vonj. Za tak u\u010dinek pri ve\u010dini ljudi zadostuje \u017ee kakega pol decilitra na dan. Med prazniki le pove\u010dam odmerek in to zado\u0161\u010da, da smrdenja ni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako pomembno je, da poskrbimo, da blato nima neprijetnega vonja, sta pokazali desetletji slovenskih izku\u0161enj z njim. Na spletni strani <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/iztokostan.com\/\">www.iztokostan.com<\/a><\/em><\/strong> sem zbral \u017ee 378 pri\u010devanj uporabnikov bio probiotika EM. Poro\u010dajo o manj zaprtja (107 primerov), manj napihnjenosti (94), drisk (39), bole\u010din v trebuhu (27), alergij (12), glivi\u010dnih vnetij (11) in pri drugih te\u017eavah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bio probiotik EM je certificirano biolo\u0161ko pridelano \u017eivilo. Lahko ga pijemo trajno vsak dan. Vsebuje izvle\u010dke 19 vrst zdravilnih zeli\u0161\u010d. Pijemo ga pred obrokom, razred\u010denega s sokom ali vodo, po obroku pa lahko \u010distega, saj vsebuje veliko prebavnih encimov, ki olaj\u0161ajo prebavo. \u010ce \u017evrkljamo nerazred\u010denega pred spanjem po umivanju zob, zjutraj ne bo zadaha. Teko\u010dino seveda pogoltnemo, da ne bi zapravili \u0161e drugih koristnih u\u010dinkov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po \u0161tevilu sevov na ml bio probiotik EM ni najbogatej\u0161i med probiotiki, a je vseeno zelo u\u010dinkovit. Predstavlja namre\u010d nadgradnjo tehnologije EM (Effective Microorganisms), to je postopka kombiniranja koristnih mikrobov, ki omogo\u010da njihovo u\u010dinkovito sodelovanje.
