Ribje olje je z okoli 30 % EPA in DHA njihov najbogatej\u0161i prehranski vir. Pridobivajo jih tudi iz krila in mikroalg. Omega-3 iz mikroalg vsebuje zelo malo EPA, a s sodobnimi tehnologijami je mo\u017eno tudi pri teh oljih razmerje EPA in DHA uravnote\u017eiti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Bredesen priporo\u010da vsakodnevno u\u017eivanje od 1500 do 2000 mg EPA in DHA ; \u010de u\u017eivamo le malo rib, jih je treba skoraj v celoti pridobiti z ustreznimi prehranskimi dopolnili. Na trgu so ve\u010dinoma dopolnila z omega-3 iz ribjega olja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V naravnem ribjem olju so omega-3 ma\u0161\u010dobe ve\u010dinoma v obliki trigliceridov. V prodaji so ve\u010dinoma dosegljive v predelani obliki kot etilni estri.
