{"id":4188,"date":"2023-09-20T10:57:00","date_gmt":"2023-09-20T08:57:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ziva-voda.com\/blog\/?p=4188"},"modified":"2024-02-18T10:57:48","modified_gmt":"2024-02-18T08:57:48","slug":"smo-vegetarijanski-vsejedci-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ziva-voda.com\/blog\/smo-vegetarijanski-vsejedci-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Smo vegetarijanski vsejedci"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Leta 1993 sem se odlo\u010dil, da opravim dalj\u0161i preizkus u\u017eivanja izklju\u010dno surove, prete\u017eno sadne prehrane. \u017de v tridesetih letih preteklega stoletja je namre\u010d dr. A. P. Kouchakoff ugotovil, da edino surovo sadje in zelenjava ne obremenjujeta imunskega sistema, ne povzro\u010data povi\u0161anja levkocitov po obroku (digestivne levkocitoze). In res, \u017ee v tednu ali dveh mi je ob taki hrani izzvenelo vnetje u\u0161esa, ki me je takrat mu\u010dilo. \u0160e bolj me je presenetilo, da je \u017ee po nekaj dneh take hrane blato povsem izgubilo neprijeten vonj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \u017de prej sem bral rezultate raziskav, v katerih so ugotavljali, da u\u017eivanje mesa povzro\u010da razmno\u017eevanje gnilobnih bakterij v \u010drevesju, zato blato smrdi. Pri obi\u010dajni veganski hrani blato smrdi bistveno manj, a le pri surovi veganski hrani tega gnitja v \u010drevesju ni. To je bilo zame pravo odkritje: na\u0161a \u010drevesna biota je \u0161e vedno prilagojena na izklju\u010dno surovo sadje in zelenjavo, kakr\u0161no so na\u0161i prapredniki u\u017eivali pred ve\u010d kot dvema milijonoma let. Moje navdu\u0161enje nad surovo prete\u017eno sadno prehrano je bilo tako v za\u010detku preizkusa veliko.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pa je \u010das prinesel veliko razo\u010daranje. Po letu in pol take prehrane sem bil \u010disto iz\u010drpan \u2013 \u00bbkost in ko\u017ea\u00ab, zobje so se mi kru\u0161ili in vidno propadali. Kasneje sem prebral znanstveni \u010dlanek dr. C. Koebnicka in sodelavcev (1999), ki so v raziskavi med presnojedci v Nem\u010diji ugotovili, da izklju\u010dno surova prehrana (pa naj bo veganska ali me\u0161ana) zelo zmanj\u0161uje reproduktivno sposobnost \u2013 50 % \u017eensk je ob taki prehrani celo izgubilo menstruacijo. Pa tudi obi\u010dajna veganska prehrana z reproduktivnega vidika ni optimalna, sem ugotovil kasneje. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Raziskava med poljedelskimi Kitajci, ki so se tradicionalno prehranjevali vegansko, je pokazala, da so Kitajke v povpre\u010dju za 6 cm ni\u017eje in za 13 kg la\u017eje od vsejedih Britank. Kitajke so tudi bolj de\u0161ke postave, z o\u017ejimi boki, kar povzro\u010da te\u017eave pri porodu, saj normalno razvit otrok te\u017eko preide skozi preozko medeni\u010dno odprtino. Ko je kitajska vlada v drugi polovici 20. stoletja poskrbela za obogatenje prehrane kme\u010dkega prebivalstva tudi z \u017eivili \u017eivalskega izvora, se je velikost naslednjih generacij pove\u010dala. A tudi me\u0161ana hrana ni brez pomanjkljivosti. Znamenita Kitajska \u0161tudija dr. Collina T. Cambella je pokazala, da u\u017eivanje \u017eivil \u017eivalskega izvora (mesa, jajc, mle\u010dnih izdelkov) spodbuja razvoj raka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne vegetarijanska ne vsejedska alternativa nimata samo prednosti ali samo pomanjkljivosti. Deloma smo vsejedci, deloma pa vegetarijanci. To protislovje lahko pojasnimo s teorijo nepopolne prilagojenosti bitij na okolje (1982) oksfordskega biologa dr. Richarda Dawkinsa. Med drugim ugotavlja, da se v evoluciji vsi deli fiziologije ne prilagajajo enakomerno na novo okolje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Nekateri ostajajo \u0161e dolgo arhai\u010dni tudi v \u010dasu, ko so se drugi \u017ee prilagodili na nove razmere. Tako je tudi z na\u0161o naravo: deli na\u0161e fiziologije (denimo \u010drevesna biota) so \u0161e vedno taki, kot so bili pred ve\u010d kot dvema ali celo dvajsetimi milijoni let, ko so bili na\u0161i pred\u010dlove\u0161ki predniki vegetarijanci, drugi pa so \u017ee prilagojeni na kamenodobno me\u0161ano hrano, kar pojasnjuje bolj\u0161o rast in razvoj otrok. Dejansko smo nekaj nemogo\u010dega: vegetarijanski vsejedci oziroma vsejedi vegetarijanci.
