To so sestavine vlaknin kot so inulin, oligofruktoza, arabinogalaktan in druge. Raziskave so dokazale, da njihovo u\u017eivanje zmanj\u0161uje zaprtje in napihnjenost, tveganje sr\u010dno-\u017eilnih zapletov, tveganje raka na \u010drevesju in tesnobnost, izbolj\u0161a razpolo\u017eenje, krepi zaznavne procese in pomnjenje, izbolj\u0161a celo stanje pri avtizmu \u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Zaradi njihovega klju\u010dnega pomena bi morali spontano, z u\u017eitkom posegati po njih, pa se zdi, da je spodbujanje k u\u017eivanju vlaknin podobno neprepri\u010dljivi povesti: otroci raje pose\u017eejo po<br>tortici kot po jabolku, da bi sami segli po solati, pa je skoraj \u00bbpravljica\u00ab. Odrasli bi morali u\u017eiti vsaj 400 g zelenjave in sadja na dan, pa ga ve\u010dinoma ne; vlakninsko bogate stro\u010dnice so precej pozabljene, izdelki iz celostne moke tudi. Po uradnih priporo\u010dilih naj bi odrasli zau\u017eili od 25 do 38 g vlaknin na dan. Povpre\u010den odrasel prebivalec ZDA jih zau\u017eije le 3,5 g, torej kakih desetkrat manj kot je priporo\u010deno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zakaj je v ljudeh naravni, vrojeni klic po vlakninsko bogati hrani tako \u0161ibak?
