Postopek, ki ga predstavljam, je namenjen predvsem krepitvi bolnika. Pripravil sem ga za potrebe zelo iz\u010drpanih oseb z demenco in se je izkazal kot uspe\u0161en. Predstavljena krepilna sredstva utegnejo koristiti tudi pri iz\u010drpanosti od Parkinsonove bolezni. V strokovni literaturi sem preveril: koristijo tudi pri Parkinsonovi<br>bolezni. Prispevek je zgolj informativnega zna\u010daja, saj je za svetovanje pri prehrani bolnika pristojen le zdravnik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trimese\u010dni krepilni postopek je sestavljen iz \u0161tirih faz. Osnovno vodilo pri vsaki od njih je, da se po\u010dutje ne poslab\u0161a, kar je znak, da odmerek \u017eivila\/dopolnila ni prevelik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><sup><strong>Prva faza (od 3 dni do enega tedna)<\/strong><\/sup><br>Prehrane ne spreminjamo, pa\u010d pa ji vsak dan le dodamo 2-4 \u017elice \u010distega olja MCT (srednje veri\u017enih trigliceridov), kar je ekvivalentno 3,5 do 7 poravnanim \u017elicam kokosovega masla (ta vsebuje 60% MCT ma\u0161\u010dob). Za\u010dnimo previdno. Enemu od dnevnih obrokov dodajmo sprva le 1 \u017elico MCT olja ali slabi dve poravnani \u017elici kokosovega masla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><sup><strong>Druga faza (1-3 tedne):<\/strong><\/sup><br>Nadaljujemo z u\u017eivanjem MCT olja ali kokosovega masla kot v prvi fazi. Dnevno u\u017eivamo 5 do 8 tablet optimalne kombinacije aminokislin OKA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aminokisline OKA u\u010dinkovito krepijo mi\u0161ice, ki so pri dementnih osebah oslabljene (kaheksija), in so kot najla\u017eje presnovljivo beljakovinsko sredstvo tudi zelo dober vir surovin za regeneracijo nevronov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><sup><strong>Tretja faza (1-2 tedna):<\/strong><\/sup><br>V prehrano dodamo (poleg MCT olja oziroma kokosovega masla in OKA) \u0161e bio probioti\u010dni napitek EM. Ve\u010dkrat dnevno u\u017eivamo \u010distega, razred\u010denega z vodo ali sokom, v dnevnem odmerku, ki zagotavlja, da v nekaj dneh blato izgubi neprijetni vonj. Koristno je, \u010de ob tem u\u017eivamo tudi prebiotike in tako \u0161e pove\u010damo ugodni u\u010dinek probiotika. Raziskave namre\u010d ka\u017eejo, da pomnjenju koristi \u017ee zgolj u\u017eivanje prebiotikov (Kang, Zivkovic, 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><sup><strong>\u010cetrta faza (1-6 tednov):<\/strong><\/sup><br>V prehrano vklju\u010dimo (poleg dopolnil iz tretje faze) \u0161e antioksidant FHES (4-6 kapsul na dan). Namesto tega lahko kombiniramo dva antioksidanta: dopoldne 2,5-5 dl vode z raztopljeno tableto molekularnega vodika, popoldne pa 2-4 kapsule FHES.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodamo tudi modrozelene alge (spirulino, AFA, klorelo) v odmerku, ki ga priporo\u010da proizvajalec, ter dolgoveri\u017ene kisline omega-3 (DHA, zlasti pa EPA) v odmerku 1,5 do 2 g na dan (Bredesen, 2020).
