Pogosto se pri starej\u0161ih stanje ne povrne v prvotno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko snamemo mavec ali longeto s po\u0161kodovane okon\u010dine, je ta praviloma stanj\u0161ana. Mi\u0161ice atrofirajo, kar je znak pomanjkanja beljakovin. Te pa so te\u017eko presnovljive, saj potrebujemo vsaj tri ure, da jih prebavimo, in na celi\u010dni ravni se ve\u010dina iz beljakovin pridobljenih aminokislin ne uporabi, pa\u010d pa pretvori v du\u0161i\u010dne odpadke. Le aminokisline OKA re\u0161ujejo oba problema, zato so zelo priporo\u010dljive za regeneracijo po po\u0161kodbi. Primeren odmerek je od 5 do 8 tablet na dan 3 mesece po po\u0161kodbi. Navajam pri\u010devanje 67-letne gospe:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bbJeseni 2020 sem si izpahnila \u010deljust ob grizenju dobre, a zelo trde breskve. \u010celjust sem porinila na mesto, a vezi so bile nategnjene, morda raztrgane. Pri jedi sem morala brado podpirati, a \u010dez nekaj dni niti jesti nisem ve\u010d mogla. Zobozdravnica mi je svetovala oporo za \u010deljust in u\u017eivanje \u010dim ve\u010d beljakovin. A te hrane nisem zmogla u\u017eiti veliko, saj sem jedla le pasirano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za\u010dela sem u\u017eivati po osem tablet OKA na dan. Po petih tednih se \u010deljust ni ve\u010d iztikala. Nehala sem nositi oporo. Zmogla sem gristi mehko hrano, tudi mehko meso. Odmerek OKA sem zmanj\u0161ala na 5-6 tablet na dan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po devetih tednih u\u017eivanja OKA je bila \u010deljust kot nova, kot da nikoli ni bila okvarjena.
