Toda koliko hoje je potrebno za ob\u010duten u\u010dinek? Letos je v reviji Sports Medicine iz\u0161el \u010dlanek raziskovalcev Univerze v Limericku na Irskem, ki so povzeli 7 raziskav. V njih so izvedli enodnevne poskuse, v katerih so udele\u017eenci vsakih 20 do 30 minut opravili 2 do 5 minut hoje, v drugi skupini so v takih intervalih le nekaj minut stali, v tretji (kontrolni) pa so le sedeli. Izkazalo se je, da je kratka hoja najbolj zni\u017eala raven sladkorja v krvi, \u0161e najbolj v \u010dasu od 60 do 90 minut po obroku.<\/p>\n<p>Skratka, ni se potrebno odre\u010di po\u010ditku po obroku, ki se marsikomu prile\u017ee. Toda eno uro po obroku, ko se praviloma zvi\u0161a raven glukoze v krvi, je modro napraviti nekajminutni sprehod, pa \u017ee zmanj\u0161amo tveganje za nastanek diabetesa.
