Ve\u010d kot pol stoletja dermatolo\u0161kih \u0161tudij potrjuje, da se ko\u017ea po\u0161koduje celo ob blagih son\u010dnih \u017earkih. Nekateri dermatologi, kot na primer dr. Henry Lim, \u010dlan odbora za fotobiologijo ameri\u0161ke Fundacije za boj proti ko\u017enemu raku (SCF), se celo zavzemajo, da bi ves potrebni vitamin D pridobili s hrano in dopolnili, ne pa s son\u010denjem, saj se sicer ne izognemo \u0161kodljivemu vplivu son\u010dnih \u017earkov.<\/p>\n<p>A tudi dosledno umikanje ko\u017ee pred so\u010dnimi \u017earki ni zdravo. Dr. Pelle Lindquist z In\u0161tituta Karolinska je v letih 2014-2016 objavil rezultate \u0161tudije, v kateri so 20 let preu\u010devali zdravje 30.000 \u0160vedinj. Tiste, ki so se najbolj izpostavljale soncu, so res imele najve\u010d ko\u017enega raka, toda smrtnost je bila najve\u010dja pri \u017eenskah, ki so se najbolj izogibale soncu.<\/p>\n<p>Bledi\u010dnost torej tudi ni zdrava. Nasprotno, zelo nevarna je: \u017denske, ki so se povsem izogibale soncu, so tvegale smrt kar dvakrat bolj kot \u017eenske, ki so se najbolj son\u010dile. Dermatolog dr. Richard Weller z univerze v Edinburgu, je pred nedavnim objavil, da 30-minutno son\u010denje v poletnem \u010dasu tako pove\u010da koli\u010dino du\u0161i\u010dnega oksida v krvi, da raz\u0161iri \u017eile in zni\u017ea krvni tlak. Son\u010denje torej lahko pomaga proti sr\u010dno-\u017eilnim zapletom, ki so dandanes glavni vzrok smrti.<\/p>\n<p>Kako naj torej ravnamo? Decembra 2018 je v reviji Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health iz\u0161el znanstveni \u010dlanek, ki na osnovi mno\u017eice znanstvenih izsledkov poziva medicinsko skupnost, naj ljudem priporo\u010di son\u010denje v meri, ki ne povzro\u010di opeklin (torej brez pordele ko\u017ee), ne pa da \u0161e naprej priporo\u010da prakti\u010dno popolno izogibanje son\u010dnim \u017earkom.
