Kar 2\/3 bolnikov z Alzheimerjevo boleznijo je diabetikov. Tveganje sladkornih bolnikov za demenco je za 100 % ve\u010dje kot pri osebah z normalno ravnjo sladkorja v krvi.<\/p>\n<p>\u010ce je pomemben vzrok slab\u0161anja spomina preve\u010d sladkorja v krvi, utegne pomagati \u017ee jemanje srednjeveri\u017enih trigliceridov \u2013 \u010distega olja MCT. \u010ce ga vsakodnevno dodamo prehrani dve do \u0161tiri \u017elice, je to ekvivalentno 3,5 do 7 poravnanim \u017elicam kokosovega masla (le-to vsebuje 60% MCT ma\u0161\u010dob). S tem dodajamo mo\u017eganom, ki ne zmorejo ve\u010d u\u010dinkovito uporabljati glukoze, alternativno \u00bbgorivo\u00ab. Izbolj\u0161anje spomina lahko nastopi \u017ee v nekaj urah ali nekaj dneh, ne da bi spreminjali prehrano. Dr. Mary Newport je na tak na\u010din trajno izbolj\u0161ala stanje demence pri svojem soprogu.<\/p>\n<p>Jemanje MCT olja lahko dopolnimo z u\u017eivanjem optimalne kombinacije esencialnih aminokislin OKA, bio probiotika EM in antioksidanta FHES. Z njimi telo okrepimo, poleg tega pa prispevajo k zmanj\u0161anju ravni sladkorja v krvi.<\/p>\n<p>Naj ponovno opi\u0161em, kako je to pomagalo ostareli dementni in depresivni bolnici s Primorske. Bila je \u017ee tako dementna, da ni znala ve\u010d na strani\u0161\u010de. H\u010derka ji je za\u010dela dajati olje MCT (koli\u010dino je postopoma pove\u010devala na 3 \u017elice na dan) in aminokisline OKA (5 tablet na dan). Tako nam je zapisala: \u00bbRezultat je bil neverjeten: \u017ee po dveh ali treh dneh u\u017eivanja olja in OKA je mama pri\u0161la iz najhuj\u0161e depresije\u00ab.<\/p>\n<p>Po dveh tednih je za\u010dela mami dajati \u0161e FHES (4 kapsule na dan) in bio probiotik EM (0,6 dl na dan). \u00bbPribli\u017eno en mesec po za\u010detku jemanja se je stanje vidno izbolj\u0161alo\u00ab, je zapisala h\u010derka. \u00bbMama je spet postala prisebna in se je tudi telesno toliko okrepila, da je lahko za\u010dela skrbeti zase. Samostojno je za\u010dela hoditi na strani\u0161\u010de in zavedala se je, kaj je po\u010dela v \u010dasu krize. \u010ceprav ni taka kot pred krizo, je bil napredek od tistega stanja, ki je bilo res grozno, hiter in kar neverjeten\u00ab.<\/p>\n<p>Od takrat sta minili skoraj dve leti. Nedavno se nam je gospa spet oglasila. Pravi, da se mamimo stanje demence spet poslab\u0161uje. Ves ta \u010das so ji dajali omenjena dopolnila in dodali \u0161e koencim Q10. Dneve pre\u017eivlja v glavnem sede ali le\u017ee na postelji, le ob\u010dasno se sprehodi po sobi. Spomin popu\u0161\u010da, na WC zmore te\u017eje \u2026<\/p>\n<p>Dopolnjevanje prehrane z omenjenimi dopolnili je torej lahko trajna re\u0161itev, kot je bilo pri soprogu dr. Newportove, ali pa le korak k potrebni celoviti spremembi na\u010dina \u017eivljenja in prehrane, ki jo je uspe\u0161no preizkusil dr. Bredesen z metodo ReCode. Poleg u\u017eivanja MCT olja, priporo\u010da prehrano, pri kateri \u010dim bolj omejimo u\u017eivanje sladkorjev in \u0161krobnatih \u017eivil. Tudi sladkega sadja (z glikemi\u010dnim indeksom nad 35) naj bo \u010dim manj. V prehrani naj bo vsaj 1,5 do 2,0 g dolgoveri\u017enih omega 3 (EPA,DHA) na dan. Vsaj 12 ur na dan ne bi smeli jesti, kar velja tudi za 3 ure pred spanjem.
