Za pospe\u0161itev regeneracije je modro, \u010de prebolevniku nudimo dodatke izbranih rudnin in vitaminov ter kakovosten vir omega3. A to obi\u010dajno ni dovolj za hitro povrnitev mo\u010di. Vitamini, rudnine in fosfolipidi (omega3, omega6) tvorijo le 4 % sestave celice. Zato jim pravim celi\u010dne mikrostrukture. Potrebno je regenerirati tudi telesne makrostrukture. Te so antioksidantska voda (70 % strukture celic), beljakovine (18 % celice) ter \u010drevesna biota (v \u010drevesju je desetkrat ve\u010d mikrobov kot je vseh na\u0161ih celic). Kot je znano, sem oblikoval trimese\u010dni program u\u010dinkovite regeneracije, ki ima tri faze. V njih postopoma dodajamo \u017eivila\/dopolnila, s katerimi optimiziramo prehranjenost zlasti telesnih makrostruktur. Naj na kratko povzamem navodila za izvajanje tega programa:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prva faza (2-3 tedne)<\/strong>: Dnevno u\u017eivamo 5 do 8 tablet aminokislin OKA (razdeljeno v dva obroka). S tem okrepimo organe izlo\u010danja, da prepre\u010dimo kasnej\u0161e krize razstrupljanja, in druge organe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Druga faza (2 tedna)<\/strong>: V prehrano dodamo (poleg OKA) \u0161e bio probioti\u010dni napitek EM. Ve\u010dkrat dnevno u\u017eivamo \u010distega, razred\u010denega z vodo ali sokom, v dnevnem odmerku, ki zagotavlja, da v nekaj dneh blato izgubi neprijetni vonj.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tretja faza<\/strong> (praviloma dva meseca): V prehrano dodamo (poleg OKA in probiotika EM) \u0161e FHES, in sicer 1-2 kapsuli na dan. Dodamo tudi modrozelene alge (spirulino, AFA, klorelo) v odmerku, ki ga priporo\u010da proizvajalec.
