Ocenjujejo, da je z bakterijo Helicobacter pylori oku\u017eenih kar 50 % do 67 % prebivalcev sveta. Ve\u010dina ne \u010duti nobenih te\u017eav. Strupi, ki jih helikobakter ustvarja, po\u0161kodujejo \u010drevesno sluznico, \u010demur sledi vnetje &#8211; gastritis, ki se lahko razvije v rano na \u017eelodcu. Akutni gastritis mu\u010di 0,8 % ljudi. Spremljajo ga bole\u010dine v trebuhu, prebavne motnje, napihnjenost in slabost. Helikobakter je najpogostej\u0161i vzrok ran na \u017eelodcu. Preizkusi na \u017eivalih in klini\u010dne \u0161tudije (7 od 9 opravljenih preizkusov na ljudeh) so pokazali, da u\u017eivanje probiotikov zmanj\u0161uje mo\u017enost \u017eelod\u010dne infekcije s helikobakterjem in vnetja v \u017eelod\u010dni sluznici. Izkazalo se je tudi, da u\u017eivanje probiotikov v \u010dasu antibioti\u010dne terapije u\u010dinkoviteje odpravlja to bakterijo kot sama antiobioti\u010dna terapija (Lesbros-Pantflickova et al., 2007).<\/p>\n<p>Pri kompleksnih te\u017eavah prebavnega trakta lahko pomaga u\u017eivanje kombinacije aminokislin OKA, bio probiotika EM in antioksidanta FHES (tega ne jemljemo skupaj z antibiotiki). Poglejmo si eno od pri\u010devanj, ki so zbrana na spletni strani www.iztokostan.com:<\/p>\n<p>\u00bbStara sem 41 let. Kombinacijo aminokislin OKA, probiotika EM in antioksidanta FHES u\u017eivam \u0161est mesecev.<\/p>\n<p>Pred tem sem bila beljakovinsko podhranjena, brez mo\u010di in energije, z bole\u010dinami v \u017eelodcu in te\u017eavami pri odvajanju \u2013 enkrat je bilo blato mehko, drugi\u010d sem bila zaprta tudi do pet dni. Gastroskopija je pokazala rano na \u017eelodcu, kroni\u010dno vnetje dvanajstnika in refluks.<\/p>\n<p>Probiotik jemljem zjutraj na te\u0161\u010de. Odvisno od prebave ga spijem od 0,3 dcl do 0,5 dcl. Tudi tablete OKA redno vzamem vsako jutro (po 3), kadar \u010dez dan pojem manj beljakovin, pa tudi zve\u010der (\u0161e 3). FHES vzamem zjutraj in zve\u010der, vsaki\u010d po 1 kapsulo.<\/p>\n<p>Moja prebava se je \u017ee v dveh tednih izbolj\u0161ala, tako da je postala redna in blato ne smrdi ve\u010d.
