Poleg mnogih koristi za zdravje pa klasi\u010dne oblike postenja lahko povzro\u010dijo neelasti\u010dnost ko\u017ee in upadanje mi\u0161i\u010dne mase. Da bi se temu izognili, sem s sodelavci razvil polnovredni post, ki ob zelo omejeni prehrani (do 600 kcal na dan) predvideva tudi u\u017eivanje izbranih prehranskih dopolnil.<br \/>\nNapotke zanj so v knjigi Huj\u0161anje z izbranimi dopolnili tipa OKA (Institu.O, 2016). Posredujem vam pri\u010devanje 57- letne gospe, ki je preizkusila tako postenje:<\/p>\n<p>\u00bbV preteklosti sem se \u017ee postila, najve\u010d osem dni, ob pitju napitkov (sve\u017eih sokov, \u010dajev in bistrih zelenjavnih juh). Pred \u010dasom pa sem se v Kri\u0161ki vasi udele\u017eila triinpoldnevnega skupinskega polnovrednega postenja po navodilih g. Ostana.<\/p>\n<p>Sem visoko izobra\u017eena in imam stresno \u017eivljenje. Pred postom sem se po\u010dutila zelo skurjeno, znervirano in utrujeno. Zaradi premajhnega delovanja \u0161\u010ditnice jemljem \u0161\u010ditni\u010dne hormone. Imam tudi povi\u0161an holesterol (6,6) in alergije. Ob vi\u0161ini 173 cm imam kak kilogram preve\u010d; pred postom je tehtnica pokazala 81,7 kg.<\/p>\n<p>Med polnovrednim postom sem jemala poleg omejenega vnosa hrane po 15 tablet optimalne kombinacije esencialnih aminokislin, po 2 kapsuli antioksidanta FHES in po 0,3 dl<br \/>\nprobiotika EM. Postila sem se z lahkoto, la\u017eje kot prej ob napitkih.<\/p>\n<p>Med postenjem sem izgubila dober kilogram in pol. Po postu sem se po\u010dutila spo\u010dito in spro\u0161\u010deno, nekoliko povi\u0161ani krvni pritisk (140\/85) pa se je zni\u017eal na 126\/75. Pred postom in po njem sem si dala pregledat kri.
