Mnogi imajo preslabe zobe, da bi u\u017eili dovolj sadja in zelenjave. Nekateri so gibalno omejeni, pa ne morejo hoditi toliko, kot bi bilo za zdravje potrebno. Veliko jih je, ki zaradi sr\u010dnih te\u017eav in zastajanja vode ne smejo piti toliko vode \u2026<\/p>\n<p>V takih primerih se je smiselno najprej okrepiti z u\u010dinkovitimi, a nezahtevnimi sredstvi. Predstavil sem \u017ee svoj trimese\u010dni program prehranske prve pomo\u010di.<\/p>\n<p>Prvi\u010d je bil objavljen v na\u0161i knjigi Prijateljem najbolj\u0161e (Institut.O, 2015). Temelji na u\u017eivanju zlasti treh vrst prehranskih dopolnil\/\u017eivil: optimalne kombinacije aminokislin OKA, bio probiotikov EM in antioksidantskega mineralnega pra\u0161ka FHES. Na spletni strani <a href=\"https:\/\/iztokostan.com\/\">www.iztokostan.com<\/a> je predstavljeno ve\u010d kot 300 izku\u0161enj oseb, starej\u0161ih od 50 let, ki so se okrepile z njimi.<\/p>\n<p>Za starej\u0161e in oslabele je bolje, da se najprej okrepijo po tem programu, \u0161ele potem zmorejo ve\u010d gibanja, u\u017eivanja teko\u010din in sploh \u017eiveti bolj zdravo.<\/p>\n<p>Z izbranimi dopolnili lahko tudi zmanj\u0161amo prevelik apetit. \u010ce telesu primanjkuje na primer neke rudnine ali beljakovin, nam tega praviloma ne javi z \u017eeljo po \u017eivilu, ki jih vsebuje, pa\u010d pa za\u010dutimo \u017eeljo po pove\u010danem vnosu kalori\u010dne hrane. Vzgib je prastarega izvora. V preteklosti, ko je bila hrana celostna, smo namre\u010d z u\u017eivanjem energetsko bogate hrane pridobili tudi mnoga esencialna hraniva.<\/p>\n<p>V dana\u0161njem svetu pre\u010di\u0161\u010dene, prehransko obubo\u017eane hrane, nas ta nenatan\u010dna prirojena \u017eelja \u017eal zapelje k pi\u0161kotom in drugi osiroma\u0161eni kalori\u010dni hrani.
