To je znak beljakovinske podhranjenosti v \u010dasu huj\u0161anja. Klasi\u010dna dieta za zdravo huj\u0161anje namre\u010d predvideva zni\u017ean vnos energije. Ker so beljakovine zelo kalori\u010dna hrana, jih med huj\u0161anjem obi\u010dajno jemo manj kot je optimalno. Problemu se lahko povsem izognemo, \u010de v \u010dasu huj\u0161anja zamenjamo del beljakovinske hrane z aminokislinami OKA. Te so prakti\u010dno brez kalorij. V institutu INRC s Floride so pripravili napotke za huj\u0161anje s pomo\u010djo OKA. Postopek predvideva vsaj eno uro hoje na dan, u\u017eivanje veliko sadja in zelenjave, u\u017eitje po 225 g rib ali mesa na dan (ali ustrezne koli\u010dine beljakovin<br \/>\nrastlinskega izvora) ter od 8 do 10 tablet OKA.<\/p>\n<p>Natan\u010dne napotke za huj\u0161anje po tem programu smo predstavili v knjigi Huj\u0161anje s prehranskimi dopolnili tipa OKA (2016, Institut.O).
